Everything started out great, buddy of mine works there. Furnace went out and they were able to get a new one put in within a few days. The problems started a few days later when the outside air intake pvc pipe shattered and fell on the floor. I freaked out and called my buddy, he told me not to worry and would order the part for me. That was months ago now. My "buddy" has stopped returning my calls and the owner has dodged all of our calls. To be honest I'd forgotten about the intake because it was still working fine, if a little louder. The real problem started when I tried to change my filter. They moved the gas line in such a way that you can no longer remove the furnace filter! I've sent photos to the company and they don't respond. Save yourself a lot of hassle and go with another company. I will update this when we get it fixed by professionals.

Joe was so friendly on my phone call, and that carried over to Russell who was just as friendly! He was super professional while making the needed repairs, and in under half an hour, and for a better cost than we anticipated, we have heat again! Would highly recommend!

We had been doing business with this company for years. The current home needed a new furnace so we gave them our business. They installed the intake valve backwards. Kept calling for it to be repaired and they refuse to call us back. Very disappointing since it used to be a great company.
