I spoke with someone about scheduling an appt to have a Plumber come out. The guy was very rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my situation. He then proceeded to tell me that he would call me back and let me know when someone would come to check it out and hung up on me. He made me feel uncomfortable with his tone and his manner, so I called him back after his Hang up and thanked him but kindly declined having him send someone out. He said, “Okay!” And hung up on me again. Definitely not recommending them. Very poor customer service.
Erik from Stack Bros was kind and prompt and wonderful! Our furnace went down less than a month after buying a new house, and Erik was able to get out to us, diagnose the problem and get a new furnace installed extremely fast! I would recommend them to anyone!
The owner of this company had to pay a settlement for age discrimination. The EEOC said in a statement Friday that the company discriminated against two employees by firing them when they turned 62 last year. Employees repeatedly warned Stack Bros.' owner his plan to fire them when they turned 62 was illegal, but he refused to relent. She says he also retaliated against one of the employees for her complaints by denying her a raise, suspending her without pay and creating a hostile work environment while waiting for her to turn 62. Ask yourself - Is this the kind of company you want to deal with?
Company is amazing. I've always used them at the sites that I manage. They respond immediately, even holidays and the middle of the night! Nothing but respect for them all!
