I cannot say enough good things about the work they did for us. Will was prompt, removed his shoes at the door, came back 3 times (not his fault). We had a frozen/burst pipe and called 7 plumbers before we found one who could come out in less than a week. They were there the next day at 7am and fixed the pipes in an hour. Impressive. Then we found another leak under our basement floor and they worked with the City of Duluth to get the water shut off from the street and repaired the rusted out pipe under our basement floor. I would definitely hire them again.

My husband and I noticed that our furnace was out. It was Sunday at 9pm and I called to set up an appointment for the next day. However, Adam instead rushed right over and had it fixed in under an hour! Adam has always done great work and he will be the first person we call for any of our HVAC needs. Thanks again, the Porters!

Called a couple times . Nobody even answered. Wanted someone to go put a new high rise toilet in my moms house . The next person I called answered and I spent almost 800$ with them . Oh well …I manage and operate a very successful business and Never EVER do I not answer the phone ..

Called Caldwell Plumbing & Heating and made an appointment for a plumber to show up at my house on November 20, 2017 at 10:00am. This was a 3 week wait from the time I called. On November 20th I called at 10:13am to see when they would be arriving I got a voicemail and left message.....nothing! I waited until 1:00 pm. they never showed up or gave me a courtesy call.

From start to finish we were very impressed with this company. They were able to get to our project before other companies and they were also the best priced. They are definitely on our list for next projects.

Tried to contact Caldwell concerning an issue with the combo water heater/boiler system they installed four years ago. The system is under warranty and needs to be looked at. We have had no response to phone call or email. Very frustrating.
