I worked with Keith and he was able to schedule a garage heater installation that worked with my busy schedule. He and his crew worked for two days on it as they had to install the heater, add a natural gas line and put in the duct work. The work that they did was exceptional and very neat and I love having a heated garage for the cold WI winters. The crew worked very hard and showed up at 730 am on the second day. I give them my highest recommendation and all of them were a pleasure to work with.

Our furnace went out on us and we needed a new unit quickly. Keith came out to our house the day he got back from his vacation. He did a wonderful job giving us our options and had full confidence in him. However once he sent the install team out that is when Clark Heating really shined. The demo crew came out in the evening to start work on removing the old units so they could get us heat as soon as possible. Jake and Jeremy did an amazing job with the demo. The the next day and worked hard all day to get the furnace up and running for us. After they were done, Jason stuck around and gave us an in-depth walk through of our new thermostat. Everyone involved did a wonderful job. They were very professional and didn’t mind that I was poking around when they were trying to work. Absolutely I would contact them again in the future.

Called Clark H&C to get a quote on replacing our central A/C this early Spring. The call kicked off the single best experience I've ever had with any contractor (of any type) over a span of 31 years of living in our house. The sales experience was friendly, outstanding, and provided with an obvious intent to get us exactly what we needed, no more, no less. Installation was scheduled to our convenience, was professionally completed with no--and I mean NO--loose ends, and, to complete the story, a thorough next-day follow up was provided. All was seamlessly completed and the American Standard system installed functions perfectly. Expectations were very much exceeded!

Just had Clark install a new furnace and water heater. I recommend them without hesitation. Keith was easy to work with -- knowledgeable and attentive. The installers were very professional. The pricing seemed in line with other companies, and most important of all, the new system is working great.

The initial installation of an entirely new AC unit and ductwork seemed to go well overall, but over the next few years several issues arose that ultimately traced back to flawed installation, a lack of thoroughness, and internal miscommunication. Once I asked for the company to remedy the issues free of charge, the quality of their service went downhill fast. I've hired a second contractor to follow each appointment and confirm the remediation work has been done well. Some of the techs we've worked with over the past few years on this and other projects have been wonderful, so the inconsistencies in professionalism and quality of work has been disappointing.

I would recommend these guys to anyone! Truly an honest company that helped me replace my AC unit and with urgency, they had 2 amazing installers come on a Saturday to make it all happen. Andy in Sales was fantastic..a straight shooter and someone who cares about customers first! Call them today!!

Pros: Technician arrived on time and fixed the issue!

Cons: Tech also left a jumper cable in place that caused our furnace to run all day long so that when I arrived home, it was 80F in our house. Also, they tried to cash my check twice and when it was rejected the second time around, they called to ask for a credit card payment. Only after I recognized the double-charge did they apologize and return the second payment.

Overall, they do the job but probably could be a little more organized so that issues like these don't happen as often.

Excellent service throughout process from inspection, quote process and to installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. Everyone involved especially Keith the owner, Matt who did initial inspection/quotes, and Travis & Jake who installed the components were attentive to detail, prompt, friendly, and were dedicated to fine workmanship. Very happy that I went with this company and will recommend them to family and friends.

Prompt, courteous and an eye for detail. The crew did an impeccable job at removing a 20 year old A/C and Furnace from my home and replacing it with all brand new equipment. They were in and out in no time, and made sure I was aware of what was going on the entire time due to all the unexpected twists and turns of installing it in such an old house. Amazing service, I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Called them and set up appointment for 9:30-10 am Monday. They came early. We had Clay look at air conditioner. I thought we had a leak. Found out it was setting on the blower fan. Clay stayed to see if everything was working correctly. Very polite and respectful. Great quality. Will definitely have them again.
