This company has done a fantastic job every time I've needed them. Fast, polite and cost effective. Last night we noticed our air conditioning wasn't working. Called and left a message on their voice service and got a call back in the morning to get someone out right away. They fixed the problem and our air is back on. We also had to replace our furnace a few years back and they did that as well. They also understand multizone systems which has stumped other companies. So I'm grateful they know what they're doing.

I came home from work and realized our a/c wasn't cooling the house. I called and Andy answered. I explained the issue and he came out within the hour. What a nice guy! He explained the mice had built a nest and needed to get a part to replace what they had chewed through.
Andy ran back to the shop to see if they had in stock what he needed. Since we live in Stoughton it wasn't long and he was back. We are now up and running.
I highly recommend Clark Heating and Cooling from beginning to end what a great experience. I was so happy to stay with a local company.

I had previously used Clark for a furnace replacement (five years ago). There were subsequent problems (mice got into furnace because the new vents they installed were not screened). Against my better judgement, I called for an estimate about adding an outside fresh air intake. Andy came out and said it was an easy fix he would get back to me ‘shortly’. A week later, I called and asked when I could expect it. I was told that someone would get back to me by the end of the day. Two days later I sent them an email asking for a follow up before posting a online review. As you may have guessed by now, I still didn’t get a response. This kind of customer service speaks for itself.

Outstanding customer service as always!! Called at 7:30 AM on a cold Sunday morning in February. NO HEAT! I received a call back within 15 minutes and Jeremy was at the house by 11 AM and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes. I love small town service! Keith and the team were amazing. They fixed a nonfunctioning boiler system that was poorly installed, were clear and transparent about their pricing, and exceeded our expectations by a mile. Thank you guys!

Clark has done two projects for us, now, and we are 100% satisfied! The first project was huge and involved purchasing and installing a new furnace in an entirely new location from the old furnace. They removed the old furnace and reworked the ductwork. They were fast, efficient and everything was spotless when they finished. Additionally, their price was significantly lower than other bids. When we asked why they were so much lower (because, of course, we were suspicious!) the simple answer was "it doesn't need to cost that much." Our new furnace/AC works perfectly (we've had it both summer and winter, now). We recently had them back to add ductwork to a basement remodel. Again--fast, efficient, spotless and the price was competitive. Love these folks!

We were in a pickle with our undersized decrepit unit. Clark Heating/Cooling were very prompt and knowledgeable. They were able to install the correct size furnace and AC the next day. We are lifetime customers!

Was referred to Clark Heating to get an A/C installation estimate. After the inspection was completed, never received an estimate. Several email attempts as well as phone call attempts to receive the estimate went un-answered with false promises. Totally unprofessional and just plain rude.

Very reliable and great customer service. Called Keith right away when I noticed the issue and they were out the same day. Fixed it in no time. I highly recommend and would use them again!
