The serviceman arrived promptly, was highly professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and what needs to be done in the future. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the heat pump and fixed it quickly. He was thorough and made sure to double-check everything. I'm thankful for his assistance and the great service I've always received from Larabee Heating & Air Co. They are an excellent company!

I just had Larabee out to clean my Air ducts and clean out my dryer vent. James and his team did a fabulous job. They go above and beyond for you. We had a return that was pulled off the main trunk, He didn’t have to do anything but he saw it, explained why it was pulled off, and fixed it. They also explained how and why you only need the air duct cleaning every 5 years and not yearly like other companies may tell you. I highly recommend them, they provided us with 5-star service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our furnace broke and we couldn’t have been happier with the new furnace installation service from Larabee Heating & Air Co. Their admin, customer service system, communication, and technicians are top quality and very efficient. Our technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled as well as personable, caring, and friendly. They also worked with us to make sure we got what we needed within our budget. Highly recommend it.

My husband and I had Larabee Heating & Air install a ductless system in a new four seasons room we had constructed . The new unit is so quite and efficient that our down stairs heat pump does not turn on when the ductless system is running. The system makes no sound at all when it is running and really keeps up with the sunshine that comes into the room in the summer time. We are very happy with the service provided by Larabee Heating & Air .

I had an emergency situation where my air conditioning was not working and the temperature outside was unbearable for my young child. I called Larabee Heating & Air Company and they were able to send somebody immediately. The technician, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the issue and showed me some things to help maintain my unit that no one else has ever brought to my attention. Five stars for me!!

I emailed Larabee Heating & Air company after my air conditioner failed to function on one of the hottest months. Had them send James who apart from being professional in his field, his quoted rate was very competitive than some of the other techs I called. He had the a/c repaired and even spent extra time to show me how the a/c works. I would highly recommend him for any heating and cooling work! You'll enjoy having him at your home!!!

We have been using Larabee Heating & Air Co. since purchasing our winter home in North Fort Myers 3 years ago. Honest, timely, friendly and trustworthy! No need to look for another service company in our opinion! A final check up before we leave for MI and comfortable that our AC and heating will be ready when we return!

I bought a Carrier furnace via Larabee Heating & Air. The Larabee Heating & Air Co team was extremely professional from installation to post-installation services. The factory installed furnace control board which had an issue and the Larabee Heating & Air team promptly resolved the issue and my heating was up and running in no time. They also advised that the device contained many mechanical parts that are essential to proper operation. Wear and tear on any of these parts may cause issue with performance of your unit such as belts and bearings, causing furnace overheating or poor heating control or air flow problems from fan motors. Where else can you get such a professional advice apart from Larabee Heating & Air?

James was professional, arrived on time, and was very pleasant. He even gave his card and said if there was any trouble for any reason he would come on his own time over the weekend. There was no trouble but I must say that helped us to feel more confident in his work. I think he went above and beyond in the customer service department.. I am very satisfied with the service I received. My motor on the AC went out so I called Larabee Heating & Air Co and scheduled a service call. The AC technician came by the next day on time, he was friendly and professional. He looked at my unit and the replacement part was still under warranty. He replaced it and all I paid was for two service calls.
