I had the pleasure of having Matt inspect our AC/Heating Unit and I am more than satisfied with his service. His evaluation was thorough and professional. It is very obvious that he values his customers and takes pride in his work. I look forward to working with Larabee Heating & Air Co in the near future.

The installers took their time and made the install look very professional. I had the same system installed on the other side of the house five years ago and that company cut corners and rushed the installation. Big difference.

This company has the best staff! Since I've been a customer for years, they have consistently gone above and beyond to meet all of my demands. I'm so appreciative to have such a fantastic business on my side!

Service has always been excellent. We recently replaced our furnace, and heard a bothersome fan vibration sound. The tech's came out and found a possible cause, but it didn't help. They then quickly returned, and replaced an old pipe, which lessened the noise considerably. Larabee Heating & Air Co. have done annual checks on both furnace and AC, taking little time and keeping everything running smoothly.

Always have a good experience with Larabee Heating & Air company's maintenance representatives. They are polite, go about their work and do a thorough job. They installed and maintain my equipment. Their customer support is outstanding and they are always fast and keep me on schedule with the necessary maintenance of my heating and cooling system.

I woke up to a very cold house this morning. Larabee Heating & Air Co was able to fit me in to their schedule the same day and Arthur arrived 2 hours later. My options were presented clearly and 5 hours later, I have a working furnace. If Arthur is a true representative of the whole company then I am glad that I chose them. He was great! Thank you for your help today.

I’ve never been as amazed as I am with a service technician. Arthur's service was professional and fast. He made sure I understood the issues he found, the options I have to repair or to replace our air conditioner. Arthur is a very honest and sincere gentleman. He seemed very knowledgeable with the process and I dealt confident he was doing everything he could to be sure the job was done efficiently. His time management skills and work ethic should be commended.

So professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I thought because my wife didn't make the appointment, that I would for sure feel a bit uneasy as in the past that was my experience with other companies. So not the case! Kim was extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing!!
