Amazing service from the first time you call in, to the technician that came out to service my grandmother's furnace. I am extremely grateful that we purchased our furnace and air conditioning systems from Roth. They are very professional, courteous and treated us like family. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with a HVAC company. Thank you so much team Roth! I greatly appreciate you all for such a great job and quick response to our issues.

They are very easy to contact and respond to service calls in an extremely timely manner. If parts are needed it is amazing they have what is needed to update and or repair the problem. Their employee Chris is an excellent technician. He is very thorough, professional, a diligent worker, who is gracious enough to explain mechanical issues where a person of limited knowledge can understand. We needed a new furnace and air conditioner. Tim was very friendly & professional when he came out to look at our existing units. We had a quote within 24 hours - and it was significantly less than other quites we received! The techs who came to install the units were courteous and professional. They made sure all of my questions were answered and the area around the furnace and AC was clean before they left. It was a great experience from start to finish and I would gladly recommend Roth Heating to friends and family!

I have been a customer with Roth Heating for over 10 years. They have been able to maintain both my previous home's oil furnace and the current Carrier gas furnace and air conditioning system in my new home. They have successfully found solutions to my systems issues with very reasonable solutions when not covered under the warranty. I highly recommend them for annual maintenance and system replacement. The technicians are all well versed in heating and cooling systems and troubleshooting the problem.

I want to say thank you for the emergency service you all performed on April 22,2022. My family and I were out of town when someone checking on our house noticed some wet carpet near our boiler room. Jeremy Burkhardt arrived late afternoon on a Friday and had our problem fixed before we even got back from vacation later that day. Thank you so much for helping make a tough situation better. Very happy with service I received about a year ago. Had another local Carrier HVAC company come by that was all about selling me a new top of the line heater and AC and adding more ductwork to my 12 year old home(heater was having problems). Roth gave me a great consult, gave me options with no pressure, just wanted what was best for me and they were happy to get my business regardless of my choice in repair/replacement options. Ended up going with the repair option, service was prompt, no issues since and they will be my first call for any issues in the future.

I bought a new home and the AC wasn't working. I had a home warranty that gave me the run around, not to mention I was on hold FOREVER. They sent someone from a company I will not name, he opened up my closet and said - I don't work on these & explained that the door had to be removed, the unit had to be taken out, yadda, yadda, yadda & left. My neighbor told me to call Roth. Roth answered their phone immediately, and the lady that answered was so nice. She scheduled me a day out. I was never on hold with Roth. She actually called me back the same day to say a technician was just finishing up near me and could head over to my place. Jeremy showed up and was very knowledgeable. He explained the many reasons this particular unit could not be performing well. Then he worked his magic and viola! My unit has been performing nicely. My home is nice in cool in this 90 degree weather. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROTH AS THEIR SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE! THANK YOU ROTH!

I highly recommend Roth Heating! Not only are they professional and skilled at their trade but also remember that there are real people (especially in an emergency situation) behind the services they provide. During our coldest day(s) in over 30 years I had a carbon monoxide leak due to a failing boiler system. Not only did they come out within a few hours ( which is impressive on it's own - since I'm sure they had MANY emergency calls due to the weather) to diagnose the problem but had a new boiler fully installed (even when they had to order it) the next day. They are simply the best from start to finish!

Great service from a team of pros! Alec and John arrived promptly as scheduled, and were consummate professionals during the course of work on site. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail in tiding up when finished, and taking the time to provide a run-down regarding operations of the new furnace and smart thermostat.
