    Our A/C went out last night and I called Tri-Town this morning around, 7:30. After explaining what was going on they said it probably was the capacitor and they could have a service technician stop over within the hour. He showed up before 8:00 and replaced the capacitor and was done by 8:30. The A/C is up and running, nice and cold. I would definitely use them again. Great service!

    This company is absolutely amazing. Had my furnace replaced the day after it failed. I have an 8 month old son and the weather was below freezing, they made adjustments to their schedule to get me in next day. Dean was absolutely incredible and does amazing work. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know - thanks guys!!!

    Quality workmanship and products. We had our AC unit replaced. Installation crew did an outstanding job. Very quick and cleaned up nicely after installation. Highly recommend for your HVAC needs.

    Craig and his crew were very responsive and honest which is just what you’d hope for when you’re a new homeowner like myself. After receiving bids for a new furnace from a few companies, Tri-Town came in with a price that couldn’t be beat (by a significant amount) for a top of the line Lennox furnace. The installation crew had the work done in a few hours, left the site cleaner than it was when they got here, and even installed a new touchscreen thermostat and provided fantastic warranty! Would recommend to anybody looking to have any HVAC work done. As long as I live in the area they service, they have themselves a lifetime customer. Thanks for the great work!

    Lesson Learned!

    Highly recommend this company and they will always be the first I call for and heating or ac issues. After dealing with another HVAC company that said we needed a new AC unit and also a furnace due to “clearance heights”. They quoted a very expensive rate and left.!Afterwards, I called Tri -Town and made an appointment and had a wonderful outcome! Our ac needed refrigerant and our technician Anthony was prompt and kept me informed throughout the appointment. He quickly resolved our issue and charged a reasonable rate for the service provided. Tri-Town is the BEST and unparalleled in their HVAC services!

    So yesterday morning I wake at 5am to a lovely outdoor temp of 0 and an indoor temp of 57 and falling. PERFECT day for my furnace to decide....um yeah....I'm done working, find yourself a new furnace. A HUGE thanks to Craig and the team at Tri-Town Heating and Cooling right here in lovely Muskego. They saved the day and set me up with a new Lennox Elite 2-stage furnace and iComfort S30 thermostat - installed and running by around noon. I've been using Tri-Town for about 15yrs for HVAC on my client's remodeling projects. They are my go to HVAC contractor and always come through. Thanks Craig and Jan. You rock!

    After a long, hot summer, our A/C was tired and the furnace wasn’t working at all. Tritown had Rick to our house within a day, and although he was running late due to another call, we were kept in the loop by the dispatcher. Upon arrival he assessed the problems and had them sorted soon there after. After fixing the initial issues he took a few minutes to help us optimize our systems dampeners and air flow. He even had further recommendations if we wanted to improve things in the future, but didn’t try to push us into any high pressure sales. I will definitely be calling them for any HVAC needs in the future. Thanks Rick!

    Came back from a two-day vacation and wondered why my house was a tad on the warm and humid side. Called TriTown, and Rick (the Jerry Garcia look-alike) showed up that afternoon. Rick seems to be the technician 'assigned' to my home, and I'm glad--I have a lot of questions some times, and Rick takes the time to answer each and every one.

    Sure enough: no Freon. I decided to lay my 25-year-old A/C unit to rest, especially given the upcoming (2020) ban on R22 Freon. Rick walked me through my options, again answered my questions, and provided his advice. Which I took, of course; Rick is a knowledgeable and trustworthy guy. The price included everything--old unit removal, new unit, labor to install.

    The next available install appointment was 4 days away (I elected to not pay 'emergency' installation rates over the weekend). Which might have been easier had the temperatures not been on a steady path towards the low 90s.

    A wonderful pair of A/C installers, Gus and Andrew, spent the morning at my home installing a new Lennox A/C. Very courteous and helpful and clean (cotton tarp was laid down my hall and stairs; there is no sign of any packaging from the new A/C unit or marble rock I provided to support the new unit; and the old unit was hauled away; very minimal impact to the perennial plants close to my A/C unit). They were accompanied briefly by an electrician to run new wires from my furnace to the exterior location.

    A little hitch: the motor on the new A/C unit wouldn't run. Not exactly the best first impression of Lennox....but it's how you make it right in my book. Gus informed me, and indicated a service technician was on the way. I regret I didn't learn his name, but true to the TriTown culture, he was very helpful, and sympathetic. And, thankfully, quick with the replacement part!

    I am now enjoying a MUCH quieter, MUCH more efficient, MUCH more environmentally-friendly and better-looking A/C unit as I sit in much-anticipated comfort in my home.

    My service technician Rick was very thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns and talk me through how he solved those issues as well as a few others. We went through multiple checks to ensure the furnace was working properly. Overall a great job!
