I have been having an annual PM on equipment since we moved in and when we had a slight issue last year with ac, we were warned it would need replacing in a year or two.. When the quotes came in they were on top and the crew working here was professional and courteous. Thanks guys, the air works great!!!

Very responsive. Called on a Tuesday afternoon with a dead furnace, had new one installed by noon the next day. Very professional and efficient crew. Just booked them for a new Air conditioner.

Worker (Cameron) was professional, on time (early! but called ahead to confirm first), friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

They have a professionally built website that has allowed me to select specifically what I wanted for ventilation. Once I set-up a date for the installation, they came with a great attitude and work ethic. It was a wonderful task and will hire again!

Had a new AC system installed May of 2017. They had to install it twice because they installed the wrong unit. Installed 2ton instead of a 2.5ton. When I went to use it on year 3 it wasn't blowing cold air. Had to call a local company because they couldn't come out. They had to add 1.5lb of Freon. Pro Tech told me it's normal to lose a 1.5lb of Freon LOL! Fast forward to July 2nd and air conditioner isn't working again. Called them and they couldn't come out until four days later. They informed me that the system they installed doesn't come with a warranty. Had another HVAC company come out and they said the compressor is shot. Please look elsewhere for your heating and cooling needs. Horrible company that doesn't care about customer and only the bottom line.

Their website was very easy to navigate and later, when I called them, they were friendly and professional the entire time. They were at my place within a couple of days and installed a new ventilation system in my home. The quality of life in my home has greatly improved thanks to these guys.

I have a home warranty through AHS. After AHS messed up my service and prolonged my tenants having heat Protech stepped in and took care of the issue and also provided another service my home needed free of charge. I am very thankful for these people and how fast they responded to resolve an issue they didn’t cause! THANKS PROTECH! I’ll be using your services in the future!

Installation was quick, they were upfront about pricing and the customer service was great! I cannot say enough good things about this company, Pro tech earned a new customer for life!
