Burkhardt Heating & Cooling

I have used Burkhardt for many years. They replaced my home's boiler > 10 years ago. Great service & knowledgable technicians! I'm a very satisfied customer and highly recommend them.

This was my second time using Burkhardt Heating. I've been pleased in both instances. They are very professional. Their communication throughout was appreciated. From Horst's initial visit through the installation's completion, things went very smoothly. Techs James and Brett did great work, arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Good job all around.

We had Burkhardt out to our house on 11/18 for our furnace throwing codes. Elliott evaluated the situation and gave us options for our 20 year old furnace without using high pressure sales tactics which was appreciated. We decided to purchase a new furnace since we were hitting the life expectancy and repairs were outweighing the value. Brett and Mike were there on Monday morning to install. They informed of us of what they were doing along the way and installation went smoothly. They explained the new set up and gave advice on maintenance to keep things running. Overall this was a great experience. I would recommend Burkhardt for your furnace needs.

After the annual boiler inspection, Luke let us know the there were a number of issues. He gave us options for repairs or replacement. After we decided on replacement, he called the office right away and was able to get a Horst out to give us a quote the same evening.

Horst was a real gem and wonderful to work with on such a big investment. He thoroughly explained each option and gave my husband and I time to discuss. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all and he was also able to get us scheduled within the same week. Horst is the best sales person we have ever worked with!

We had a new boiler put in by Billy and Drew from Burkhardt. They were professional, very knowledgeable and did a great job with everything including keeping everything clean and organized. I enjoyed how they were sure to teach us how to use the new system and thermostat and answered all of our questions.

Zack was friendly, personable and professional. He worked to make sure the furnace would be efficient and in good order. I appreciated seeing the pictures he took so he could explain the work that had been done.

Alex M & Alberto KNOW their stuff!! They explained what was happening with the furnace issue to where I could understand, and were very patient! They provided professional, quick, and thorough service! 10/10 would hire them again!

Working with Burkhardt Heating & Cooling has been great. Elliot from sales, not only does he knows all the stuff but he also listens to what we are looking for within our budget without pushing. We felt very comfortable with the option we chose as he was reassuring of the value/quality.

The install team was on time and ready to go. Troy, Joe and Andy got here and got on it, I didn't need to be supervising anything. They did a great job, very professional and the install was seamless.

Definitely will continue to work with them for our annual maintenance.

I haven’t had a chance to get a review out but here I am 3 month later still impressed with the service I had back in February. I look forward to do having Burkhardt continuing to service both of my heating and HVAC needs.

Jake and Liza came out on a service call based on our boiler making a loud noise. Jake was very professional and courteous. He investigated the boiler, took pictures of the wear and tear on the inside, did a great job explaining the various parts that either needed to be replaced or would need service in the future. They were both very helpful. Thank you!
