Had a technician come out to my house (Shawn), was very friendly and polite. He diagnosed the problem with my AC quickly, was very knowledgeable about the issues that were present, and did a great job explaining what he recommended. Was not pushy at all, which I appreciated. Great work and service all around, 5 stars.

Shawn came to do an overdue maintenance check up. He was very thorough and explained things very well. I decided to get an I Wave unit installed to help with allergies. Hope this helps. He also helped us with our humidifier and explained how to utilize it better. I ignored it up to now. LOL He was excellent!

We have used Burkhardt on several occasions for both maintenance of our HVAC, installation of our generator, and repairing our AC. I’m not really one to write reviews, but this company is exceptional. Their customer service is stellar. They do an excellent job, fair pricing, and are quick to get your service done. As anyone knows that lives in Louisiana, living without an air condition is a miserable experience . We have had several issues in the last few months but Burkhardt has been there within 24 hours They actually come when they say they are going to and are no nonsense about getting the job done.

OVERPRICED! They charged us about $600 to replace a $15 burner igniter on a Sunday. It took less than 20 minutes. Total ripoff. Yes, the job was done and I'm happy to pay for that, but charge a reasonable price. I don't think that's an unreasonable request. I will use a different company in the future.

We were totally happy with the service we received from Burkhardt. From the beginning with what we thought might be a repair to the estimate for a new system, we were confident that we were getting what we needed at a price we could afford. Any questions we had a long the way were answered in a timely manner. They were on time with the scheduling, very clean with shoe covers everything in place in and outside. A great company to work with.

The maintenance appt we had for our AC went smoothly. We have been very pleased with Burkhardt Heating and Cooling since we returned to the area 5 years ago. Strongly recommend this company.

Great experience working with Horst on the quote and the install team. They did a wonderful job installing and cleaning. Beyond grateful for the pricing and payment option! I recommend them for any hvac needs and I'll be calling them for regular service.
