Cleaned our ducts. Timely arrival and pleasant professional cleaning. It was much longer between cleanings than should be. Sucked out old dog hair, dust and dirt. Should solve sneezing and back drip. Impressive results. Get it done.

I used Burkhardt Heating & Cooling for an A/C replacement of a 35 year old unit and I couldn't be more pleased.

Elliot came out and reviewed the situation, gave me a quote, and answered all my initial questions. He and the staff back at the office were able to schedule around my ongoing patio renovation dates, which saved me a lot of frustration.

Dan and Chiko came out to do the work; they were very experienced and took the challenges of working with my ancient tech in stride. A few hours later, we have a new, efficient A/C system just in time for summer!

I was very impressed by the entire team and will be calling up Burkhardt again for any future service or replacement work.

Great people doing a good job of helping us maintain our HVAC so that it can last longer than what is advertised. :-) This time, we had them check and tune up systems installed; most by Burkhardt. We recommend them.

No matter who it has been to come out here they are always wonderful. Sean and Alex are always so helpful, and give honest answers to any questions we have. They have found ways to help us and I truly recommend them to anyone (after having 8+ other technicians from other companies that didn’t know what they were looking at, and a whole summer without AC). 10/10 service and quality.

This past winter, I initially contacted Burkhardt to install a humidifier on my furnace. They were able to set up an appointment in very short order. Unfortunately, during installation, they broke my AC coil — I know, not ideal & not the usual stuff that warrants a stellar review. However, the installer immediately got my connected with their team to discuss & confirm repair after winter, following up with written confirmation per my request. I was certain I’d need to chase them down come spring, but they were true to their word, had me near the front of the line for scheduling, came out replaced & installed the coil free of charge - just as they should. The Burkhardt team took ownership for their mistake and followed through in their commitment to make it right. Sadly, some companies would not do the same. I thank them for their professionalism & high regard for customer satisfaction. I will look to Burkhardt for routine furnace inspection &/or other heating/cooling concerns in the future.

Today, I'm posting a review for the HVAC services I received from Burkhardt on April 27th, 2023.

Early in 2023, Burkhardt Heating & Cooling presented a new annual home HVAC-Maintenance package that could be paid for in 12-interest free monthly installments. This maintenance plan was not only significantly cheaper than than the former lump-sum plan, but it also included several types of additional discounts that were previously only available through occasional coupons.

This new plan (which includes Spring & Fall Cooling & heating checkups) is, in itself--in my opinion---a FIVE STAR+ benefit that Burkhardt offers!!

I had my first 2023 checkup of my cooling system on April 27th by Burkhardt, under this new plan. The technicians arrived punctually, were jovial & friendly, and spent nearly an hour making sure that not only my air conditioner was working properly, but that the entire A/C-supporting system was in good health!

The techs were highly-skilled, knowledgeable, and professional, and went out of their way to ensure that everything was in working order. They found dust accumulating on the fan of the blower motor, and offered a device that I could purchase that would greatly reduce that dust accumulation--so as extend the life of my HVAC system 3-4 years beyond its 10-year projected life-span!! They did not try to hard sell me, or pressure me into making the purchase, but simply presented it as a suggestion. I asked them if there were any discounts that could be applied to the purchase. They found THREE DISCOUNTS (including a Veterans discount), which so significantly reduced the cost of purchase & installation, that I purchased it on the spot!

I have found Burkhardt Heating & Cooling so honorable, honest, reliable, professional and friendly--from the front office to the field--that they deserve a FIVE STAR+++ rating!!

Alex conducted a routine tune-up on our furnace recently and was great. He was very friendly and informative, and recommended a much-need duct cleaning after showing me pictures. We scheduled that service and Chiko and Evan did an excellent job on it. Both were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We've been very pleased with the service at Burkhardt. Thank you!

Burkhardt was recommended to me by a family member. I had both the furnace and central air installed by Burkhardt. Alex M. did the annual maintenance on the furnace. He was very professional and explained what things he looks for and does for the maintenance inspection.

Both techs Alex and Berto were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained all my options with no pressure to choose the option that worked best in my budget. Burkhardt installed my heating and cooling system 10 years ago. I have used them ever since as their service is outstanding. I will continue to use them in the years to come.

Everyone from the staff was wonderful. The ladies who picks up the phones to the technicians. I will be using no one else but these guys. Thank you for getting our air conditioner back working and fast.
