Dale's Heating & Air Conditioning

Was having problems with our furnace not lighting up, Dale's tried to coach me through some quick fixes over the phone, when those didn't work he for me in for a non emergency appointment in just a few days. When he came out, took 30 minutes for him to figure out that my son has filled the exhuast pipe full of rocks and clear it out, charged me a small fee for his time.
Called four competitors, two never returned my call, two said it would be weeks unless I wanted to pay for emergency services, neither tried to help me out over the phone.
All around, very impressed and very grateful, will certainly callnagain for futurentriuvles.

Contacted this company as I like to work local, it has been nearly two weeks and still do not even have quotes for the work I needed done. Im a business scheduled to re open in about a week and can not do my work without a clime today controlled area. And also needed a ventilation system. Was told that I would have quotes in 2 days on two different occasions and here we are a week later and still no quotes. It’s unfortunate but I have contacted another company and will need to delay my business opening until the work can be completed.

I just can't imagine a better experience! We were remodeling our basement, and needed some help with the HVAC ducts. One of their team stopped by our house on short notice, and made very quick work of it. Friendly, competent, fast....highly recommended.

Never used him but liked the family oriented ads and most of the reviews were great. I left a message 2 days ago and he never called me back. So i will be going to someone else.

Brian has done our AC, Furnace and most recently a rush install of a bathroom vent. Always courteous and fairly priced.

I texted Brian and he got back to me immediately. He was able to come out the next day and repaired my furnace quickly. Would recommend.
