We had a light fixture installed. The staff that did the work were fantastic. They were very professional, courteous, but most of all knew what they were doing. A screw was stripped & embedded in the ceiling requiring extra work to remove before any work could start. The electricians were able to fix this. The experience is exceptional. The fixture was installed & looks great.

Technician thoroughly explained the inspection. He suggested a cost-saving idea on the filters. Also emailed photos of inspection points. He was early, which was somewhat problematic for me, but it worked out. He completed maintenance in about an hour. Friendly and competent! I am very satisfied with All Comfort.

Zach did a very thorough preventative maintenance visit on our furnace. Explained everything they did and what they found. Will definitely continue to use All Comfort for my future HVAC needs.

Our water heater was not broken and did not need a "repair". It had shut down due to a precautionary setting. Jared (the repairman from your company) was very polite and after doing his diagnosis said that the heater was not broken but just needed to be re-set as it had shut down due to the precautionary setting.
All he had to do was turn the heat setting nob several times back and forth until it "clicked" to restart the heater. He showed me how to do this. There was no "repair" involved.
For this we were charged an additional $167 as a "repair" fee. I was appalled and dismayed that you would charge this much just to re-set a heater that was not broken at all. There was no "repair" needed. I understand the fee of $160 for diagnostics--but there is no reason that we should have been charged the additional $167 just for Jared to do what I could have done myself. Perhaps a much smaller "fee" or nothing would have been much better business. I felt very taken advantage of in this instance.

All comfort services was very responsive and professional. On Thursday night I scheduled an appointment online for the following Monday because that was the earliest online availability.

They called me the next day to confirm and I asked if they could put me on their urgency cancellation list to see if I could get something earlier. My water heater was leaking a lot of water so I didn’t want to wait until Monday if possible.

They called me later after lunch and told me there was a cancellation so they could have someone out to my house within 30 minutes. The service technician Collin was very polite and quickly identified the problem was the relief valve and confident he could fix it by replacement. He ran to the van and got some parts and came back in and we went over the quote.

It came to $363 for the dispatch fee ($129) and repair combined, which I was a bit shocked by how expensive it was. I’ve had places in the past that have applied the dispatch fee towards the repair cost if fixed same day. However, I am not super familiar with these things and was just happy to not have water gushing all over my floor anymore.

Thanks for the quick, professional job and taking away my headache of bailing water all weekend.

Starting a kitchen remodel project and needed some electrical upgrades. Corey came out today for an assessment and will be preparing a quote for us. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure meeting with him today and I look forward to working with him now and in our future projects.

I have used All Comfort in the past for some plumbing with mixed results. One job was good another was not. I called this time to get a quote regarding installation of multiple ductless split units for a rental property. Kevin was late and his attitude right away was negative and pessimistic about the project. I almost asked him to leave immediately. Contractors are so busy that they cherry pick jobs based on profitability and ease of work. I knew he would not even send a quote and sure enough I’m still waiting. This also happened with All Comfort regarding a return air system they came out to quote. Luckily John from Harker Heating and Cooilng came out with a great attitude and a smile. His quote came in immediately and the job is almost done.
This was an over $16,000 job so imagine the way they will treat you for smaller work. I have a small number of rentals that always need service or work, All Comfort will not get any of that. Do yourself a favor and call someone who cares about customer service

Did a great job helping me with a fallen pole in yard that still had electricity running through it. The two guys were able to locate where the wires were coming through in my old house and cut the connection. Fast service, great work, price was very reasonable -- will definitely use All Comfort again!

Joel, the All Comfort serviceman sent over to repair our furnace when we had a power surge in our neighborhood was excellent. He was knowledgeable, courteous, conscientious, and explained to us, what he had to do, etc.. He patiently showed us how to work our thermostat that was just installed and that he had to reset after this power surge. He fixed/reset our humidifier that was also affected. He was absolutely top notch and we really like the way he approached everything. I would recommend All Comfort Services to anybody that needs their type of services.

David Hess our tech was very prompt and professional. He quickly found the issue and promptly repaired it. He was very open about what the problem was and made sure I knew what it was and how it was repaired and asked if I had any questions. He didn't force any repair I couldn't afford. A real delight to work with. I would say he is a very awesome value added employee. I highly recommend All Comfort solutions.
