We had a small plumbing emergency and Austin Plumbing was able to come out within a few hours the same day and fix the issue. Pete was awesome. He was here for about 3 hours, did a great job researching the issue and explaining to us what he was doing. He was friendly and professional and we’re very thankful for him fixing our leaking shower faucet and finding the leak in our basement.

Making an appointment over the phone was very easy, and Austin does a great job of communicating and keeping you reminded and updated on the status of your appointment.

Tech Ethan had not seen an odd and outdated AC system like mine, but was able to use his knowledge and investigative skills to let me know what was going wrong. He also gave me an idea what to expect from my system, discussed options and solutions, and estimated potential costs. I now have a much better idea how to proceed, thanks to Ethan.

Garrett was great!!! Gave me various options for fix or total replacement. Was able to answer any questions I had and was professional and personable. I highly recommend Austin Plumbing!! I had no idea where to go, but I’ve found a partner for my plumbing moving forward.

Old home, old appliances. First call was for a water heater. Needed a new one, got a great deal, quick and professional install. Had them come back, look at my ac and furnace knowing they would need replacement. Professional evaluation. Got a good price. Looking forward to the install.

High quality work and friendly service. The technician left it looking better than it was, fixing previous oversights and making sure everyrhing was absolutely correct.

Garrett and Carson were both professional, polite, and friendly. They did an amazing job and were very communicative about the service provided.

Our pilot light on our furnace would not stay on so I randomly found Austin Plumbing from a Google search and saw they had good reviews. They were able to send Todd out the same day to get my furnace back up and running. Todd was very friendly and professional and said a permanent fix on the existing furnace would likely not be worth the money since the furnace was at the end of the average life expectancy.

We took Todd's advice and ended up purchasing a new furnace and a humidifier (fan seized) and Austin Plumbing was able to send out a different crew two days later to install.

The crew (Troy and Chris) were running later than expected because they had an emergency call, but I was impressed that I received a call letting me know that they were running behind.

Troy and Chris were also very friendly and professional. They explained what they were going to do and ended up finishing the install faster than they expected! They also explained how to operate the humidifier since I no longer need to use a manual switch.

My wife and I were very impressed with Austin Plumbing and will likely utilize them again in the future!

Had Don install a new softener, he went above and beyond explaining how the system works and what preventative maintenance I can handle on my own. Would definitely recommend Austin.

I have used Austin Plumbing for a variety of jobs over the past 6 months. They are always very responsive, timely, professional, reasonably priced, and do quality work.
