Lee plumbing is the go to place if you need any type of gas or plumbing work and want to have a professional on time experience. Prior to calling Lee i tried 4 different plumbers/plumbing companies and i regret that and wish i would have just called them from the start it would have saved me both time and money. Nick and Robert have been my Lee experts i have dealt with and they have both been very informative professional and understanding of helping me through my process. Everyone at Lee from the office (Nora) to the project manager (Dave) to again the installers (Nick and Robert) have been amazing to work with and they will always be my first call from now on.

I had a rental unit that needed a 59 cent wax ring for the toilet. I normally do the repairs myself. I decided to call lee plumbing because of time constraints.
They quoted me $765.00 saying you really should have a master plumber do this!.
I was beyond disbelief at the price.
I did it myself for under a dollar.
I understand a business making money but not out right robbing the customers.
I would never ever use them.
YouTube it and ask for help if needed.
Shame on you Lees plumbing!!!

I believe the technicians name was Kevin. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job, got my water heater working like new. Would definently use this company again for other services in the future.

Paid 150$ for an estimate on june 14th for electrical, and was looking to get HVAC work done as well. It took a month to finally get a copy of the electrical estimate and the HVAC rep went on vacation and never called back. After the 1st month of waiting, called to find out the status of the estimate and finally got the electrical estimate, asked about adding one outlet but if it would delay the work to not include it and asked for an ETA of when we could plan the work. After 2-3 weeks of waiting for an ETA (electrician on vacation, office short staffed etc all being given as reasons for no response) i never even got an eta for when they could do the work, nor were my emails replied to. Frustrated I called to get a refund, i was told Julie would call me back.. nothing that week, called again the following week and was told that im on a list and there is nothing they can do to speed up the process, that only julie can issue refunds and she is aware of me just has not had the time to reach out to me yet. Finally speak with Amanda and am told that Julie will try to call me in the next day or so to discuss the refund. Over all they may do good work but this has been a very poor customer experience and i cannot recommend their services.

Recently we needed help with plumbing issues we were having at my home and by my mom.
Our first call was to Lee Plumbing. They sent one of there team members to help.
And help they did. The level of professionalism and skill their plumber delivered was unlike any other. Clean, neat and friendly service was at the top of their list.

Nick came out from Lee plumbing to hook up a new sink and garbage disposal after our new counter top was installed. It looked like a simple straight forward job, however, the hole for the faucet was drilled to small. Nick took the time to try to get it to work correctly and when he couldn't, he waited for the counter top people to come and enlarge the hole. He was professional and thorough, making sure everything worked properly and cleaned up afterwards. Plus he is just a really nice person. I highly recommend Nick at Lee Plumbing!

Lee fixed our air conditioner on a 90 degree day! Our AC went out. We called David at Lee and he had someone out to our house immediately. We weren't even home. The tech was able to fix everything right from our back yard. He called us, filled us in on all of the details, and we were good to go. For a busy family we couldn't be happier. Thanks Lee Plumbing! Just used Lee Plumbing/Mechanicl again for a furnace repair. Diagnostics and repair were spot on. Andy was was professional, informative, and gave me confidence that the repair was comprehensive. Thumbs up for these people!

Im giving the Heating and Cooling part of this company the 5 stars...Not the Electrical and Plumbing. Dave and his team did an awesome job with the furnace. Extremely fast, friendly, and professional. Dave explained everything that was involved with the purchase and warranties. While his crew made sure we knew all about the new furnace and thermostat. We also had called to get estimates on electrical and plumbing. It took over 2 weeks to get one estimate and we never did get the other one.

I received a call from Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric the same day I requested a quote through BBB. They came out shortly after the call to complete the work that was needed. Excellent customer service. Kyle came to my house and got the electricity working in my garage, removed broken/ exposed wiring from storm damage. He was courteous and explained about circuits & the type of wiring needed based on the amps. He also put up a light in my main entry way- he had to put in a metal 'housing' box as there wasn't one previously. He was also kind enough to use the medallion that I wanted to go against the ceiling. I will definitely be calling them if I have any new electrical problems in the future as well as recommend them to my friends in the area.
