I’ve used Lee many times for plumbing and electrical without any issues - always on time and professional. I had them out a year ago to replace an outside spigot and needed my other one replaced. Called and was able to get an appointment the next day. The same plumber from a year ago came out and completed the project within an hour. I took a star away because I am very disappointed in their new pricing structure. The same job cost over double (almost triple) what I paid a year ago. I needed the work done so I went ahead, but will be looking at other options next time. It almost feels as if Lee is trying to leave the residential business by charging so much for a job that took an hour.

Lovely people and great customer service, I see why my father employed them for years at a hotel in town. However, called them to take care of the drain in our basement. They came out, on time. Very charismatic gentlemen, extremely polite. He did the work, all seemed fine. An hour later we were backing up again. They came back out and seemed to have fixed the problem. Three days later we were backing up again, we called to ask if they Guaranteed their work, they said no. Another $600.00 and a call to Roto Rooters the job was finally done and I was able to wash clothes, take a shower and wash dishes again.

After trying myself to clearout the main pipe in the basement from it backing up I ended up having to call a plumber and I'm very glad I called Lee Mechanical. they were able to send someone out to my house within a couple hours of me calling in the morning. They sent Kevin and he was fantastic! He provided excellent service and was able to get it done in a timely manner. I will definitely be recommending them to people in the future.

Fast response and great customer service. I've had them for electrical (new EV charger!) and a new tankless water heater. Both services were scheduled quickly and the work was outstanding! You are my Go To 💟

Matt looked at my project on site, wrote up the estimate, Julie approved it, I made a full versus partial payment based on the past quality of work, signed the contract and set up an install date. All done efficiently and effectively with enthusiasm.
Matt, Nick and Mason installed my new water pressure tank, gages and copper tubing for half my basement in an efficient and professional manner. They worked straight through the day and beat the impending snowstorm. Periodically during day they checked in with me and showed me their progress. They thoroughly explained why they were using the size tubing so everything was in alignment with current code. I liked their work and asked for rough estimates on three more projects I will have them do in the next few months. Julie and the others in the office were always polite and efficient. I look forward to working with everyone at Lee in 2021 and beyond. I have 2022 projects in mind.

Tom was excellent in repairing my sink. He did an excellent job in I feel a timely matter. He was very professional and careful, about the virus we are dealing with today. He was very pleasant. I will continue to use Lee Plumbing for all my plumbing heating, cooling and electric needs. Lee is the best professionally for all these needs.

We suffered significant damage to our basement due to the recent flood in our area. I called the folks at Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric to help with getting us back up an running. First Dave Gauthier and Robert helped by installing a new hot water heater. Dave's knowledge and willingness to share it with Robert was refreshing to see. Before they even got here, Dave had already figured out how to reconfigure the gas line to accommodate the new hot water heater. We were very impressed by his forethought thus making for a seamless installation. Next, I called for some electrical work. Kyle McGovern came by the same day that I called. He addressed all of our issues and fixed them. Kyle even took the initiative to "clean-up" work done by prior "handy people." Very impressed and will be calling Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric to come and check out the furnace shortly. We have a lot of confidence in their work and much respect for their service team.

After the install, i noticed a noise in the furnace. When service came by to inspect, they found the furnace had issue prior to ac install. Dan repaired and it is still silent👍🏻
Lee did not charge me for the repair. These guys are awesome and i definitely recommend them for any service that they perform.

Lee took care of servicing my boiler and replacing a check valve on the indirect fired hot water loop. Two different service technicians (HVAC and Plumbing). Both were professional, polite, on time, and did good work. My prior HVAC provider closed his doors so it is nice to have a reliable local shop to take care of my needs. Thanks!

I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the work provided by Todd on December 28, 2017. He was considerate of my home and was professional throughout the 3 hours he was here. Following completion of the work he explained everything to me in detail, including how and why the water leaks occurred and which pieces he had replaced. I have had no problem since and feel the service I rceived was excellent. I would certainly refer Lee Plumbing services to my family and friends.
