Not sure how a $350 part becomes a $750 bill for an hour worth of work I mean I got there at 3 o'clock and I was done by 5 and that included him driving back to get the part. So basically I paid $200 an hour to get a motor put in which is right in the front of the machine. Close I was told the bill would be around $500 before and then they boost it up to $700 plus.

When I was putting a used outdoor woodburning furnace in they went out of the way to help me then as I was getting the parts I noticed the boss sat down with the service crew to see how all jobs went now that's concern for a good business u know u will be taken care of as a customer

Never used their service, but the guy in their van drives like a jerk. 🙂
