Did a great job installing a new natural gas boiler to replace our old fuel oil boiler. They also disposed of the old fuel tank!

Today we had a Furnace check up. Brenden was the technician. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and and answered all of my questions and also reviewed each item in the check up that he completed. This experience was was very easy and informational. Our furnace checked out and he had a few tips with respect to filter and maintenance. The appointment was easy to book over the phone with the RA staff with one note that one must consider consider the busy season which which caused them to book out about one month. Aside from that, they took credit card for payment and everything was easy. Again, kudos to Brenden for his knowledge and professionalism.

I have used them at my old home through a home warranty and they did a fine job. This time I called because we didn't have heat at our new home and it was supposed to drop to 9ﾟ that night. They wanted to charge an extra $50 to come out after 5 PM(mind you I called right at 4:45pm when I discovered no heat) plus extra 10% service charge for any parts needed. This just tells me they don't care about clients especially in a dire time when you have kids and no heat in your home. I used a local guy instead who did a fantastic job and didn't charge any extra!

We decided to replace both our air conditioner and furnace as they were our originals, 32 years old, and we are going to be selling the house within a year or so. After asking for a quote from the company who has serviced us all 32 years, we decided to get a second opinion. Ryan from RA came out to give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and was super quick to email the estimate, even going in on Thanksgiving to get it done (after telling him that was totally unnecessary)! In fact, he was SO quick we had to call our first company after not hearing back from them for 2 weeks to say we needed their price! They were identical products and RA Heating came in enough lower and were so responsive, we went with them.

The two guys who came out, Jeremy and Kyle, were extremely professional, clean, respectful. It was an all-day job, but I felt completely fine about leaving them alone in the house for a short while as I ran an errand. They did such a fine job and I was so happy with them, I gave them Christmas cookies when they were done!

Both furnace and air conditioner were under the 'Focus on Energy' program. However, a few weeks after installation, we got a letter from Focus saying our air conditioner did not qualify. We called RA Heating and the office manager, Barb, took care of the matter promptly, and we got our reimbursement from Focus shortly thereafter. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again with our new house in the future.
