Absolutely disgusted with this company. When the driver arrived at our home his ladder got stuck on our basketball hoop and pulled it down, bending the arms that hold the hoop upright and destroying the basketball hoops integrity. Connie Arndt, the owner of this company told me that this is not her drivers fault because her driver “had the right of way” and has refused to reimburse us for damage done to our property by their company vehicle unless we go out and purchase the new basketball hoop now and send her the bill. First of all, WHY?! The company’s truck destroyed our property. Second, basketball hoops are out of stock ALL over, just like all outdoor recreational actives during the pandemic. Disgusted is an understatement as to how I feel about Connie Arndt as well as her company, and business practices!

My new go to for any heating or air conditioning! Wonderful, kind technicians that really know their stuff and want to help. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. I have already recommended this company to my family and friends. It's fantastic!

We had some trouble over the winter with our furnace and they tried to help over the phone as it was a Friday night and freezing. When the tech was at the house he took the time to explain how the system worked and why our problem was happening and even how to fix it ourselves in the future if we wished (this was a minor problem). Super responsive and helpful. They have earned our business for years to come for sure.

DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Horrible customer service the first technician that came was a very nice guy but the part he put in for the heater stopped working 2 days later we called multiple times and nobody would answer and then a las called us back and said unless we payed him at the moment he wouldn’t come . We then ended up buying a heater because nobody would answer . A lady called us and said we needed to pay I explained to her that the piece never worked very calmly and then she basically said that I was lying because their technician said it did which am just like wth how would you know you are not the one living there . Then another lady grabbed the phone and also said I was like that I never called and that their technicians would never be like that . She said if we wanted it fix we had to pay the bill I told her that they needed to fix it first and we would gladly pay them and she said that was it going to happen . How do expect someone to pay for something that doesn’t work . I even called her back to explain to her that I wasn’t being rude and that this isn’t how their customer service should be and she hung up the phone . I don’t recommend at all they are horrible people working there .

I've had R A at my home 2 different times. Both times they came promptly. They were professional, courteous, and didnt over charge me. First time they came was during a heat wave and second time was a right after the holidays. They came when they said they would, and had the parts. I have no complaints. I would suggest these guys to anyone.

We’re in the middle of a pandemic and the service guy comes into our home without a mask. My husband, who was quarantining at home at the time, is extremely high risk for contracting / dying of COVID-19. Unbelievable. I can’t believe he came into our house without the bare minimum of safety gear that you can make out of a scrap of cloth. It’s unavoidable to enter a home to do a repair, but there’s no excuse for not having even a bandana to help prevent the spread of the virus. I deeply regret not being home during this visit and am so distraught.
