Furnace stopped working, called Blount's service number. Brenda at the office was very friendly and accommodating in regards to my work schedule. Tech arrived same day and was able to repair furnace. Very friendly staff and competitive pricing. Plan to use Blount for any future HVAC needs.

I had Blount come out to my home for a repair on my furnace, and general maintenance on both my furnace and air conditioner. The gentleman who came seemed experienced and knowledgeable, and I felt confident letting him work on my appliances unlike contractors I've worked with in the past. Will refer this company.

On July 7th we had Blount come and do some repairs to our furnace pending the sale of our house. Tech came to the house and my husband asked if he needed to stick around while he worked on the furnace and service tech said no.
On July 13th I come home to a Blount business card on our door asking to call them. I also talked to my real estate agent and she said Blount left her a message and the buyers real estate agent saying were not paying our bill. She forwarded me the voicemail.
I reached out to Blount on July 13th and left a message with their answering service and spoke to them on July 14th. They said their service tech waited around our house for 40 minutes expecting to get paid for his service on the 7th.
#1 it was never relayed that their service was COD.
#2 it was never relayed to my husband on the day of the service how much was owed. We would have paid on the 7th if we were informed of that.
Blount said they called the phone # they had on file for us and it was disconnected. We have had them done work for us in the past and they had our landline on file that has been disconnected for years. I called and made this appointment and provided my cell # and I emailed them a couple of times regarding this appointment. It's not my fault they are not updating their records with my current contact information.
They had NO RIGHT to call and tell our real estate agent and the buyers agent telling them we are not paying our bill. I will not recommend them. If they think it's ok to do this type of business practice, no one should be doing business with them

Awesome and quick service. They came out right away late on New Year's Eve when it was -30 out to fix my furnace and it was very reasonably priced, much less than I expected it to be. The service tech was very friendly. Overall a great experience

Had them install a new air conditioner at a cost of almost 6000 dollars last spring. They had the replace the original air conditioner already once and come back twice to add freon. Turned it on this year and guess what its not working again.
