We woke up noticing our furnace did not want to turn on. Called and left a message which they returned our call and addressed our problem.

They were able to come out in the early afternoon, but it ended up Michael was able to stop by earlier than that to help us out. As I was not home, Michael addressed the problem and was kind enough to let my father observe as he wanted to report to me what the exact problem was. He gave suggestions on things to watch for in the future.

I have used Blount Heating & Air Conditioning on two occasions (once for an AC & once for a 30 year old furnace) over the past few years. Both times, the company has performed above and beyond. Michael was the technician both times and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will only use Blount in the future and recommend that you do the same!

Blount has top notch professional and fair service

We had Blount come out to install a bathroom vent/fan for us in the basement since we are finishing our basement. They came out and gave us an estimate which was more reasonable than other places we had quoted. On the day of the service, Dennis came and explained to us that the job will actually cost less than the original quoted amount since they do not have to do as much work as they originally thought, which sounded good to me since less money out of our pocket. He did an exceptional work and what prompted me to write a review was how easy it was to work with them and how approachable Dennis was with questions. He readily fired away advices and was willing to answer any questions my husband and I had regarding the new installation he just did and our hvac system. We would highly recommend Blount and would use them again for any future services we may have. Thanks!

Had Blount come out to our house to install an April air system to help with the static electricity in the house during winter. The tech was on time, extremely polite and they cleaned up after themselves. The rate was better than the other places we called and they were able to come out sooner as well. Highly recommend.

Had issues with my furnace. Called and asked to speak with the tech. When the tech called back a few minutes later he helped me diagnose the issues over the phone and he didn't need to come out. That was pretty honest of him, rather than telling me he'd need to come out and charge a service call fee... My furnace is old so it's only a matter of time before I really do need someone out here. When that happens, I'm going with these guys because they already have my trust.

Their technician came out and did a phenomenal job. He was quick, polite, explained everything in detail and he specifically didn't try to upsell me on something I thought I needed but didn't. They will be getting all my HVAC business from now on.
