This is my second time using Community heating and cooling for our A/C installation. Both times I've had a great and professional experience with the owners installation techs and electricians. Yesterday. I had to turn off gas line for a remodel. I was unable to get the pilot light lit. I called Community Heating and Trevor arrived and addressed the issue. They guys are great!

Communicated clearly and often. Showed up on time. After diagnostics shared with me the issue and a plan to resolve. Was able to get the part needed and installed in the same day. We are back up and running. Very pleased with the service.

I requested an inspection to see why airflow was restricted.Technician arrived on type verified no blockages and everything connected properly. Diagnosis poor design causing issue. Only way to fix is redesign, but didn't push this solution. Thank you.
