Arrived on time and ready to work. Chase & Alex did a great job answering all my questions (sometimes more than once) and were respectful and accessible throughout the install. They made a point of keeping us updated regarding their progress throughout the day and were very conscientious regarding how stressful a major install can be for a household with pets. I have no complaints and would have no reservation in recommending them and the rest of Captiol Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to my friends and family in the future.

We were having problems with our AC system and even though it took awhile to hear something back after we called the emergency number and tried chatting with someone online, they were quick to get our issue addressed and fixed once we were able to touch basis. Donovan was very polite and explained what he was doing every step of the way.

Our 15 yr boiler failed. Capital Heating was quick to respond, gave an estimate and we scheduled a replacement system. Shane was our estimator and Grady was the install technician. Grady was the best, friendly, efficient, meticulous and kept us informed of what was happening. I high recommend Capital Heating and Cooling for their professionalism and technical expertise.

Alex B. and Mike A. were great. Both were very friendly and professional. They showed up on time, educated me on all installed, and answered the few questions I had. I appreciated their service. Also would like to mention that Matt S. was very friendly and professional also when he came out and gave me the estimate for an install. He too was quick to reply to my emails. Plan to use again in the future for services.

Capital was great all around. We got four bids for our new ductless mini split system (three internal heads) and they were the second lowest cost without there being a tradeoff in quality. The initial meeting was informative and gave us a number of options without being too focused on selling. Install day was fantastic. Chase and Gabe were professional, courteous (we have two sensitive pets), efficient, and did what seems to be a high-quality job. It's 90 degrees today and we're enjoying our new AC! We're very happy we went with Capital.

I had my annual inspection for maintenance and Patrick was the rep who came out on this visit. My family and I were very satisfied in the service we received from Patrick. He was personable, kind, and most important transparent and knowledgeable. Patrick took the extra time to explain what he was analyzing, what he was testing and explained the why. Patrick even offered to clean our ac unit with detergent. I was thinking of canceling my care plan due to the change in plans at the end of 2022, but Patrick's service and explanation of services helped to change my mind and continue with the annual maintenance plan.

We had a technician come out to our home to fix our furnace. He was super easy to work with and very professional and personable yet respectful. We really loved the text we received when the tech was on his way and a link to a live map to see when the technician would arrive. We were initially given a 4-hour window when we made the appointment, so it was awesome to not be left guessing when the tech would arrive all morning.

Noah and Trevor came out to install two heat pumps in our old concrete block building. Intelligent and competent workers. Absolutely no mess left. Noah very patiently answered all my questions. Heat pumps working beautifully. I will use them again on other projects.

Tim was excellent and quickly diagnosed what the potential issue with our water heater was. He got us an estimate to replace the unit but did not push us to decide on the replacement which I appreciate. I will definitely use the company's services again.
