Air Design Heating & Air Conditioning

Worst HVAC system ever, purchased a brand new house and it's been a nightmare. Water everywhere in the walls, condensation pipe dead ended into the wall, very loud noises throughout the kitchen up to master. Cant sleep at all and to make matters worst it wont get past 62 degrees in the house!!

Made you adhere of things you may not know things about your equipment. Changing filters on a schedule,servicing furnace and conditioner together. Fast efitiant work

one of the employees of Air Design was riding the Spokane Public Transit bus while refusing to cover his face instead just adjusting a cloth on his neck. to intentionaly refuse to ware a face covering during a global pandemic is the pinicale of unprofessionalism

If you don't know how to spend $150 call them.

I would give you no stars if I could... completely unprofessional to share a job site with. Rude as all can be. The running your pipe threader in airways heights deserves to be fired.

Wow is all I can say. Their technicians like to hang out the window with their friends and talk garbage and try to start fights. Very unprofessional. I will never call and use their technicians.

They did all duct work and installed new 3 ton ac unit and did awesome job and very easy to work with.
