I was really impressed with the crew that installed my new system. They were very professional, polite and worked at a good pace throughout the project. I hired the right company for the job.

I am extremely impressed with All Around Mechanical. They had very skilled and experienced technicians at my house within a couple of hours of me calling them. They promptly diagnosed the problem with my heat pump and fully repaired it before leaving. They were very professional and explained to me their problem solving techniques so I am very confident it was repaired correctly. I have always had exceptional customer service with All Around Mechanical. I will use them in the future and I highly recommend them.

First we spoke with Adrian in the office very courteous and professional she then set us up with an appointment to have a free quote, Then Adam came out and gave us a couple of different options. Which choose the that was best for us which was a new complete system. Adrian said it’s up then with an appointment for the following week. Then Jonathan and Patrick showed up on time first thing in the morning was very clean and professional they explained how the Plan was gonna go for the day and Then by 4:00 in the afternoon job was complete and our home was a cool 69 degrees. We highly recommended this company!!

These guys were absolutely awesome. Heat pump went out Saturday night during the heat way. Called 3 companies. Only 2 Called back and these were able to get here in a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable fast and friendly. Had air back in just a few minutes. Would totally recommend them. Thank you for your hard work

After purchasing our home in November our HVAC stopped working. We hadn’t even realized the what wasn’t working yet because it had been so warm out.. We knew the AC wasn’t working so that’s why we called All Around Mechanical for help! We received an appointment in what I consider a timely manner, especially with the upcoming heat we were expecting. After assessing our system at our first appointment they were able to repair our units to be in working order and educated us on our system which is all new to us as we haven’t had HVAC previously. Both technicians that came to our home were communicative, respectful, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends and family! First of the heating season cool snap so they were busy. Got to us and resolved problem. Everyone from technician to phone person professional and polite.

A/C unit failed. Jonathon and Brent were on time with the appointment. Quickly identified the fault in the system and corrected that in a timely fashion. Professional technicians doesn’t say enough about these guys. First time I’ve used their services. You can bet I’m going to be a repeat customer. This guys are the best. The did my mini-split install on my guesthouse and it's been flawless. They also came up recently to fix an issue with my thermostat on my main house and they came within hours of my call, all the way up to Kalama. Reasonably priced, honest, professional, experts.

We had a leak that filled our duct work below the floor. Adam and another tech came into a nasty situation and jumped right in to handle it. They worked hard to get the job done. Along they way, I had several questions and Adam took the time to explain everything to my satisfaction. They were very conscious about keeping the interior of the house clean while dragging out the damaged ducts. I really could not spark for anything more from them. I was so pleased, I already called to schedule additional jobs at other properties.
