    I am always satisfied with delta. Their receptionist is very kind and patient. She gave me the information about costs so there would be no surprises for the service call fee. The man who came out was professional and competent.
    I had a client later that week who owns his own HVAC company. When I told him I had just used Delta he was pleased and assured me they are one of the best in town!

    Have been using Delta for 7ish years and have only great things to say about them. They don't take shortcuts, do a quality job, and their prices are fair. Had negative experiences with Bruce and Campbell hence why I turned to Delta. I have recommended Delta to friends and family and they have also been very happy with them. My last dealings with Delta was this last July in the heat of summer. My outside AC unit was not running. Called them up first thing in the morning and they were out by noon. Everything was covered under warranty, except labor, and my AC was back up and running in 30 minutes. Great heating and cooling company to deal with.

    Sunday my heat pump quit working Monday morning around 9:00 a.m. I called and and they said they could come out at 1:00 in the afternoon, they showed up on time and fix it. I am very appreciative. I was surprised I was able to get serviced so quickly ldo to so many people suffering from the heat it was fixed within the hour they were very professional I Highly recommend them can't get any better than that, It was not that expensive either.

    After two visits finding nothing and a $7k quote for a brand new unit from another company, Delta was able to come out earlier than promised and found the actual issue. The Delta tech fixed it and two hours later the house was cooling down. Our unit was only 8 years old, we didn't need a new one. The Delta crew was amazingly responsive and saved us so much money. Thank you Delta!

    Called to see if my unit was under warranty (which it is) only 3 years old. The lady that helped me blatantly lied about my product not being under warranty and basically told me I'm burnt unless I have a tech some out to do a service checj. I'm in this business and had the leak found, gas hooked up tested, and all laid out. And there seemed to be a distrust of me finding a hole the size of a straw. So I called Jacob and Rhoades (awesome company) and my product IS under warranty and on its way to my house right now

    I called in the morning during the record heat wave and Delta was able to get their technician at my house by early afternoon, as scheduled. Luckily for me, it was a blown capacitor and a little low on refrigerant. In less than an hour, everything was serviced and blowing cold air in my 90 degree house. Delta Heating and Cooling was recommended to me by 3 different people and I would have to agree, they came through and really saved us, on a Friday, with 106 degrees outside, during the pandemic. Good job, Dereck!!

    Boy were we nervous. Our heat pump went out right before company was coming and a weeklong family vacation, I called Delta and scheduled an appointment 10 days out, Monday morning, at 8:30. (She offered a same day appointment but I wasn't sure they could install a new heat pump quick enough if needed) They were prompt, courteous and WOW! We were worried they would try to tell us we needed a new heat pump but he found a leak and fixed it and put freon back in the system. About $150 and repaired. We will be repeat customers.

    They did a good job. More expensive than the other companies but they were able to get out to my place quicker. I was disappointed with the representative they sent out as he was somewhat dismissive and came off as kind of rude like he didn't feel it was worth his time. Overall he got the job done but it was expensive and made me feel like a chore and an inconvenience.
    I have used them before and the experience wasn't like this. May have just been the technician I had this time but even the office lady that fielded my call seemed bothered. It was just not a great experience.

    Great service, great price, friendly and accommodating, I highly recommend Delta.
    In addition talking with Glen salesman / owner I told him of my plans for the house, how long I plan to live there, he gave me some options that allowed me to save over $2000.00 plus from my other bids.I'm saving enough energy cost to cover my payment for the furnace.

    My home had been service by Delta by the previous owners, so I called their emergency line today b/c my a/c suddenly wasn't working. The recorded message said that I should expect a call in about 30 minutes... and nearly 12 hours later, still no call! (and I clearly left my phone number twice in my voicemail) I went with another company, who was very responsive and reasonable, and ended up signing up for the other company's maintenance service. I tried to give Delta my business.
