Derek had a very professional demeanor and found the problem with my system very quickly. He then gave me a couple of different options on what I needed to do to get things working and come back later to fix the larger problem, allowing me to spread out the cost. It's refreshing having an honest serviceman and will definitely call them back to fix the other problem.

Delta replaced my 12 year old Carrier heat pump with a new American Standard last August. It has performed flawlessly all winter at a slightly less expensive level. Called and scheduled a spring checkup and was pleased with the pleasant and knowledgeable receptionist.
The technician, John, arrived on schedule, and after a very thorough check, gave us a clean bill of health. He also was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He even found a miniscule leak in a pvc drain line and quickly repaired it even when I told him I would do it.
I am so pleased with my American Standard heat pump and the installation and service by Delta Htg & Cooling. I can easily give them a 5 star rating, and strongly recommend their company for all your heating and cooling needs!

David come out and replace my blower motor wheel, great person and was knowledgeable. I Will use Delta heating & cooling for their great experience.

Derek Byrne came to our house on time to repair our AC unit. in under 15 minutes, he diagnosed the problem (a burnt switch), installed a new switch and restored power to the set! It was amazing. This was all done in the sun on a day that hit over 100 degrees! I would recommend Delta Heating and Cooling to anyone!

Guy came over fixed it and was not very well mannered and was asked what all wrong he said I dunno I'm just supposed to make it work no sooner than the part was installed he left with outa word.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Absolutely wonderful service, both the technicians and the support staff. Very timely service, they went the extra the mile to find the root of our furnace problem and solved it! Dealing with our furnace had been a nightmare previously with a couple other providers, but found Delta this year and they are WONDERFUL.

I have been using Delta for several years now. Al is my serviceman and he does an excellent job! He is always on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He has detailed answers to all my questions and explains everything very well. Their prices are very reasonable, also. I will definitely continue to go with Delta!

I cannot recommend Delta enough!! I had called another large company first. They quoted me WAY more and then refused to service my unit due to it being above the stairs. Luckily someone recommended Delta to me. Not only did they do an amazing job for MUCH cheaper but they took the time to educate me on my system and how to properly service it myself to prevent future issues. Amazing, kind, fair, courteous, professional and soo reasonable! Call Delta, you will not be disappointed!

Called around this morning and Delta had the earliest appointment around but was for 1-3pm tomorrow. Later they called back and said they had a cancellation and could come right away. Came a short while later and within 20 minutes and a quick replacement, my AC was working great. Daniel was very professional, helpful, and explained my options.
