Astro Heating & Air Conditioning

Tech from Astro Heating & Air Conditioning was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job, even having and to deal with the rain and a dead snake that had gotten into one of our condensers. I've been using Astro Heating & Air Conditioning for the last 3 years and would highly recommend them.

The technician Kevin was competent, orderly, and knew his stuff when it came to the cooling and heating issue we were having. This is the second time in a few months I've called Astro Heating & Air Conditioning once for my parents house when the boiler needed repair and now with us. They are simply amazing!!

Our furnace has been blowing cold air since Friday night and I figured it was low on oil, so I had that filled on Saturday. Still blowing cold air so I called Astro Sunday morning and was told it would be an extra $150 for them to come out on Sunday.

I opted to wait one more cold night with the promise that they'd get to me first thing Monday morning. I called at 1pm on Monday (after having been told I'd receive a visit/call between 8:30am and 11:30am), and was told they'd look into it. Called again at 4:30 and was told the same thing.

Tuesday morning, called at 8:30am, was told Monday was busy but I was still on the schedule. No expectations of time were set except "very soon." Called back at 10:30am and was told that my entry on the schedule was still listed as "Monday" and therefore, if not changed, wouldn't be dealt with until NEXT Monday. He said he changed it and that I was at the top of the list (again.)

It's now 4pm on Tuesday and I am sick to death of this. They haven't called me once to let me know what's going on. I'm freezing and just want my furnace fixed!

Do not recommend.

Excellent company with great communication. Their technicians are very professional, courteous, prompt and generally a great company to deal with.I was very impressed with their work and will highly recommend.
