Truly outstanding and professional service. Excellent job. The crew arrived on time even though they had a long drive and finished the job quickly. He managed to install cooling coil in a tight space inside the closet where the furnace is located. Outdoor heat pump was placed and installed per manufacturer instructions. They insulated and protected all refrigerant piping. A new thermostat was installed and they give me instructions how to use it and program it.

Sergei was quick to respond and very knowledgeable about heating systems. He was able to diagnose my problem, order the part, and get it fixed in a very timely manner. This is a great company, and I highly recommend using them.
