Bill Joyner was recommended to me by my best friend's son, a plumber when i needed a new furnace and A/C unit because mine was over 25 years old. Recently the A/C was not working properly, and I needed to call him again, but had misplaced his number. The plumber was out of town, but I called his brother, my auto mechanic, who also recommended Mr. Joyner. I called around noon and by 4 pm on one of the hottest days so far this year, Bill had one of his men at my house to do the repair. Curtis was efficient, got the job done and I was pleased - my A/C was working again. I highly recommend this company, and am so pleased when I compare them to the company my neighbor has used, who has had to come out for the same problem multiple times over the last three years... oops... so glad I did not use her recommendation

Mechanical technology has done work in all of our houses dating back to 1995 since my wife and I bought our first house. They have done service and installation both. In addition, they have done work for my family as far back as I can remember. Bill and his crew are excellent at what they do. Not only do they know how to do the repair but they thoroughly understand their trade and can explain any repair in terms that are very clear to a homeowner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced HVAC company.

Mechanical Technology has been our HVAC guys since 1986. They are dependable, honest and knowledgeable concerning all types of heating and air conditioning. They have serviced our home as well as 2 rental properties that we've owned. We have every configuration of HVAC at these three homes. If you have an outage they do their best to get to you within 24 hours. They have done 4 installs as well as maintenance throughout the years. Can't speak more highly of Bill Joyner and his crew!

My husband and I employed Mechanical Technology over 25 years ago when we built our house, and Bill Joyner and his team continue to be our "go to" for their expertise on HVAC systems. We have been extremely pleased with Bill's response rate and his attention to detail. We have had to update our systems over the years, and Bill's choice in products shows he stays current on the technology and codes. We have never used another company and have never had the need to! They kept an old boiler going when I didn't have the funds to replace, they advised me on a new system and installed it when I was ready. They also installed and service the system in my business. The Mechanical Technology team are honest, dependable, reasonable and pleasant to work with. I'd never use anyone else.

Bill and Scott are the best! They came out in less than 24 hours when my heat was not working and had to come back again the next day when it quit working again! I just got a call from Bill who was checking to make sure it was still running correctly! Great customer service, parts under warranty and reasonable service charge. Couldn't ask for more from a company! Highly recommend!

My gas pack went down on literally the coldest day of the year. I had to send my wife and kids to stay with family as it was single digits in the house. Bill Joyner and his team jumped on it and got my new Maytag unit delivered the next day and worked late to install it so my wife and kids could come home. Good work, reasonable price, great service.

Bill's guys came out quickly to work on our AC unit. Since the house is on the ocean front, it takes a beating from the salt spray. The technician quickly identified the problem and was able to replace one defective part, to get the unit back operating again. I expected a bigger repair because the unit is getting old, but they made the repair quickly and inexpensively. Great job!!
