Sun Mechanical Llc

I have used Sun Mechanical in the past to do repairs on my furnace, was very satisfied with fairness of price and clean up before they left. Today John came to fix my AC which has been out for a few days, had quotes from two other companies that seemed high. John came out and quoted me for the same work at a budget friendly price. He also went above and cleaned my outside unit and checked coolant levels. Thanks John for giving us back comfort and making it out late in the day!! I have faith now that there are companies that can be trusted for their prices and honest work.

First time to call Sun Mechanical. Found them via home advisor.. It was a Sunday morning one of the hottest day of the year, my outside HVAC unit had stopped working. They were at my house before noon. So easy to work with they came so quickly completed repair in less than an hour. I will never call anyone else except Sun Mechanical. Very reasonable prices!

My first experience was pleasant, he come out and quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my HVAC and had a temporary fix until he could order the part. Said he would order it and schedule a time to come back. Weeks went by and I called him and he said he hadn’t ordered the part and was waiting for me to call him back because they had been busy. Cool, he ordered the part and scheduled a visit to the house. On my way home early from work that day, I am notified he will not make it out and has to reschedule. Then he tells me at my convenience we can reschedule and that he would not charge me full price for the labor because I had already taken time off work. Weeks went by and several attempts to have him come failed and often got last second calls or text saying her could come out between small times windows. Notified him again that my wife would be home on leave the following week, and he told me he would contact me the first of the week to schedule, messaged him a few times and didn’t here anything. Wednesday rolled around and I had my wife call him after more ignored messages. She contacted him and he was at an appt and said he would call her when he was done. 3 hours later she calls again and he finally agreed to come. The fix was done within 20 minutes and was billed full price after everything. I would never use again, worst customer service I have ever received, even after dealing with AHS companies!!

Our A/C unit has been leaking from time to time and we had a leak today. My husband found Sun Mechanical on home advisor and called. John returned his call within 10 minutes and talked us through the problem and helped us unclog our unit. We can turn the our unit back on, thank God because it's over 92° outside. We will be scheduling a maintenance appointment with him this week. Thank you so much John.

Did a great job installing our new heating/ac. Very prompt and will call you back quickly so you don't spend forever waiting on them in any capacity. Nice people and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend!

Technician showed up right on time as promised did a quick prompt job of diagnosing my air conditioner not working. He gave me options on price and length of warranties to fix it after I chose the least expensive option he was happily taking care of me right away got my air conditioner blowing cold on the first visit I would recommend them to anyone

I would highly recommend John and the crew of Sun Mechanical. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and timely in their install work and if we call with concerns. They replaced our entire system in the heat of summer and still did so with smile. We are beyond pleased with their install and service! HIGHLY recommended!

Absolutely excellent, in both quality of the work, response time, attention to detail and persistence to make sure the problem was fixed correctly. All of this at a better price than other HVAC companies. This guy is honest, affordable and good ! Don't go anywhere else, period.

Our AC unit went out on a Friday afternoon. We called John at Sun Mechanical that afternoon and he was there that night to fix it! We thought we would be without AC all weekend but we were up and running within an hour of him arriving, at a great price!
