The guys at JT Mechanical are awesome. Essentially, same day service for our A/C repair. Have used them multiple times and will continue. Prices are good and the service is great. Highly recommend!

Jeff, Mike and crew provide everything a customer can hope for; professionalism, courtesy, honesty, punctuality and expertise. They have handled our HVAC needs for the past 8-10 yrs at three different properties. Most recently was a 4 day project at our home. They were careful; before, during and after finishing; not to dirty our property. They hauled away all debris, wore booties to protect the floors and vacuumed all the work areas.

Woke up this morning to a freezing cold house. Our furnace wasn't working. Called JT as they'd done work for us in our previous VA Beach home and were very helpful and reasonably priced then. They came out today within 3 hours of our call, right at the promised time, and fixed the issue for a minimal charge. Since we just moved to this house in Chesapeake recently, Mike even looked up the serial numbers of our other components to inform me of when they were installed and what was covered in the warranties. JT Mechanical will always be my first call for HVAC issues.

JT Mechanical takes pride in what they do, who they hire to do it, and it shows! Highly reccommend JT Mechanical. Their technician Chris is a solid employee and probably deserves a raise.

Had hybrid air come out the week prior and they quoted us a $4800 job for something that was completely unnecessary! JT came out and were very friendly and honest! They gave us a more reasonable solution right off and fixed the problem! So thankful for them coming out same day I called and made the appointment.

My AC unit stopped running and I found out at 4:30 pm on a Friday what I needed but the repairman did not have the parts. I called JT Mechanical and he came out within the hour with the parts I needed and had me up and running. I was so grateful for his professionalism and experience. I will use his company again and will recommend him to anyone who needs this service.

Honesty and great work! Excellent service and professionalism. The team is prompt and thorough. They left everything clean even after having to do some widening in the attic. Great workmanship as well as a full explanation of our new system. We are extremely satisfied with every aspect. I highly recommend them.

On the hottest summer day I called them to come service my unit because it stopped putting out cold air. I called the next morning and they actually showed up within two hours due to a prior cancellation. The man I initially spoke to on the phone was very nice and polite and David came out to service my house and he was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with and a very nice guy. There were no secrets they told me everything that was going on and exactly what it would cost and their price was very good. Many people out there will rip you off but these guys are very good at what they do and the price is about the best I've ever seen actually cheaper than I thought it would be I highly recommend them for anyone and I will definitely use them again myself... thank you David O.
