Fair Mechanical

We hired Fair mechanical to completely replace all of our HVAC equipment as well as replace all the ductwork in our house several years ago. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the process then. Today we had a problem with the air conditioning, Fair mechanical, came out the same and day got us back up and running.
I highly recommend Fair mechanical.
They are extremely professional. They take great pride in what they do and they are very skilled at the work they do. You will not find a company with more honesty and integrity anywhere. Oh and by the way, their pricing was as good or better than anybody else we compared.

Danny and his team are wonderful. They offer competitive pricing, and their customer service is excellent. Every person who worked in our home was respectful, friendly and hard working. Danny came up with an excellent plan to solve our HVAC issues and I could not be happier.

Danny and the crew took great care of me. My outdoor unit needed a part that was difficult to get because of its age. When we realized it was going to take longer than we had hoped to get the part, they brought me a portable AC unit to help while we waited. Great stuff. Both Danny and the office are very responsive if you have questions or problems. I will most definitely continue to use Fair Mechanical.

Fair Mechanical replaced my AC and gas furnace back in 2018 with high efficient units and I couldn't be happier. They were recommended to me by a friend, but I still got quotes from several different companies. Ultimately I decided to go with them, not because they were the cheapest, but because they did the best job of explaining my options and answering all of my questions. Danny personally came out to survey the site and made me super comfortable about my decision.

Since the equipment has been installed, it has worked flawlessly and has actually produced a noticeable savings in my utility bills. On the rare occasion where I've had questions or had an issue, Danny has had a tech out to check things out quickly, sometimes even on the same day. Overall, I'm happy with my choice to use Fair Mechanical. They definitely take their name seriously!

My Geo Thermal Unit stopped working overnight; Fair Mechanical was able to send someone out to my house the same day I called. The Tech was professional and friendly. He was able to easily diagnose the problem and got my system back up and running quickly. I highly recommend this company for all your Heating & AC needs.

I originally found out about Fair Mechanical through a Virginia Beach moms group and I'm really glad I did. We bought our house last year and the AC system was seriously lacking so we knew we needed to get a new unit. Danny came out to look at what we needed and gave us multiple choices on AC units and answered all the questions we had. He even came back a second time to help us narrow down the right unit for us. Him and his guys came out to do the install, were respective of our space, and did a high quality job pretty quickly. We were very impressed with Danny, Lori and Fair Mechanical. Their customer service is truly superior. I highly recommend them for all HVAC needs!

Danny, James and the whole Fair Mechanical crew were amazing! They gave us a fair estimate to replace our entire HVAC system. They showed up on time and had the old system out and the new one up and running in ONE DAY! The guys came back the next day and did the final “touch ups” and adjustments. The install is very clean and professional. Our new Daiken HVAC system works great! After the install was completed Lori and Danny both called us to make sure that we were completely satisfied. Their customer service is top notch and I highly recommend Fair Mechanical to anyone who needs HVAC service or installation.

I’ll never call anyone else, Fair Mechanical is our HVAC company and always will be! We became customers in the beginning and have watched Danny Fair grow the company. When we needed a new HVAC system, James and Tom and the team did not rest until the whole system was performing at peak efficiency. Every time we move we bring them along as our HVAC company to the new house. Was without AC over the weekend, but Fair Mechanical showed up first thing Monday morning and were on time! Deshawn was my technician and was so kind! Even played with my dog and was being so so sweet to her while he repaired my unit! He explained everything that was going on, how he was fixing it, how to prevent and made suggestions as to how to improve! Very happy with the service and results, would absolutely recommend and definitely will be using Fair Mechanical in the future and requesting Deshawn for any future needs!

I scheduled a routine maintenance check and also had a smart thermostat installed and I was so impressed with the scheduling and service with Fair Mechanical. James and Daishon were great at explaining everything to me and completing the install of my smart thermostat. I will definitely be using and recommending Fair Mechanical in the future!
