Fair Mechanical has serviced and replaced several heat pump and HVAC systems for me over the years. Danny and his team are always responsive, professional, polite and clear about the work they perform. I highly recommend them.

Fair Mechanical was an extremely pleasant experience during a not so pleasant time of needing a HVAC system replaced. The technicians are knowledgeable and honest. They are passionate about their craft and their customer service is exceptional and warm from proposal and scheduling through the installation.

My 27 year old 4 ton HVAC system died. I knew it would be a big expense and it was important to me to find the best value (not price, value!) I spoke with 4 companies who all offered similar products at varying price points. The quote I got from Danny was the 2nd highest price that I received of the 4 companies, however, what made me decide to go with Fair Mechanical was that they were easy to speak to, showed up and looked before quoting (no other company offered to come out and look) and they were prompt with all communication and appointments and as I imagined, everything went to plan and I have a beautiful, new, whisper quiet system that performs much better than what I had. The best part, is the Daikin Warranty. Includes 12 years parts, 6 years equipment and 2 years labor, it was far superior to all the other quotes/products I reviewed, and it's made in USA. I'd highly recommend Danny and his team, I am very satisfied.

I was led to this business by friendly neighborhood recommendations while in a tight pinch for help with our heating/coolant unit. Our heat went out all of the sudden in the middle of a cold snap and with our kids in the house, we were not looking forward to having to wait days while the temps dropped so low for a few days in a row. I was able to call late evening and they showed up the next morning. Luckily my husband had already ran through the list of things to check to see if we could fix it ourselves, but they still came by first thing in the morning to make sure everything was in fact okay and working right. The gentlemen who came by was awesome and very polite. 10/10 will recommend and keep in mind for any future problems if they may arise.

Just moved into our new home and the thermostat stopped working. Fair Mechanical was recommended by a friend, and now I know why - they quickly got us on the schedule; came and diagnosed the problem; checked out our entire system and replaced the thermostat. Price was reasonable and service top-notch!

Had a leak in my kitchen ceiling. I thought it was related to my A/C system. Frank (Technician) was very thorough and evaluated the A/C drain lines and cleaned out the lines and found no leak. He then evaluated the leak around the kitchen recessed light fixture and discovered it was not the A/C but a plumbing issue. I thought he did a great job to find problem lead. Now I am trying to track down my plumber.

Danny and his team are professional and knowledgeable. They installed new heat pump equipment for us, both indoor and outdoor units and did a great job. Arrived on time in the morning and were done by late afternoon. We were pleased with the job they did!
