We had a complete ductwork changeout. The installers were very professional and did excellent work under the house. They were very accommodating with any concerns and questions we had during the installation. Overall outstanding job. Definitely recommend for anyone that needs HVAC work.

Had a mini-split installed at my house as the upstairs was brutal in the summer. While the install team could have taken a bit more time and alleviated a return visit to fix small mistakes, I am very happy with the product and customer service I received. Lisa was very kind and thoughtful to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you!

Have used Harrison for years to do yearly service and check ups, They installed new furnace and A/C last year. Very satisfied with installation and cleanup. Have had no problems and temperatures holding as set.

Excellent Service! We had owned our home in Smithfield since 2006 and had used Harrison Mechanical every year for our Fall and Spring HVAC preventive maintenance and service checks. We have an upstairs and downstairs unit and have been pleased with the services provided over the years. Now that we are selling our home we are recommending Harrison Mechanical to the new owners.

During the record high heat in July 2019, our AC was not working properly. A technician arrived within an hour of our call. He was able to quickly determine the problems and recommend that the 17 year old unit be replaced. We were able to limp through several weeks at the cost of a higher electric bill. A new unit was ordered and installed. The installation technicians were very conscientious and efficient. Harrison M&E is a real plus for Smithfield area residents.

We needed a trunk line and return plenum fabricated and installed. Harrison Mechanical gave us the most competitive bid. The proposal clearly spelled out all of the details. Surprisingly this is not always are even often the case with contractors. HM then proceeded to do everything they said would, when they said they would, in a very workman like fashion. Not sure what kind of game this is... but I like it.
