This is our first and definitely not our last experience with Harrison Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E). From beginning to end, HM&E wowed us with their transparency, professionalism, & grade “A” customer service. The final results are smiling happy cool faces.

Recommended Harrison to my boss, Mike Bell. He was having trouble w heating unit even after replacing parts. Harrison came out early, found 2 loose wires, gave him a great price. My boss said he will always use this company from now on

Bottom line = Harrison beat all other quotes on my Geothermal install. I believe they remain competitive due to low overhead (family owned business) and a smaller staff of quality technicians w/less turnover. No fluff, call Harrison.

Harrisons originally installed our system in our business 10 years ago. They have always been quick to respond to all calls and service our system. We also use them for our home system.

Harrison Mech and Elec is responsive and great customer service! Our tech, Chris, is very though with his inspections and up front. We are new to the area and have used them a couple times already, highly recommend!

Called Harrison on Monday August 27th. Eric Harrison came and gave us a quote with several choices (explaining each) the next day. Mel and Terry showed up on Thursday the 30th at 8 AM. These two are very professional and hard workers. The outside temp was 98 with a feels like of 108. Our attic where the furnace is was 125 degrees. They worked all day and finished at 5 PM. They were very helpful and answered all our questions as well as giving us several pointers. I can not recommend Harrison any higher. I would give them 10+ stars if possible. Our house is now cool and our Goodman AC is super and seems very efficient. Quick service and a fair price.

Had a excellent experience with Harrison. They replaced our entire HVAC unit and added a Mini Split unit to our room over the garage. Professional installation and service. Definitely recommend.

Chris from Harrison Mechanical & Electric came to the rescue on a very hot (95 degree) summer day! I reached out in the early morning after the A/C stopped working in the middle of the night. Chris was already on-site as so I arrived home from work and fixed the issue in no time at all. Chris was extremely helpful and went out of the way to ensure the A/C was up-and-running as designed. He even took the time to walk me through damper operations in the attic. I could not have been more pleased with this experience. I will call them anytime I have an HVAC issue in the future!

Within the day, a quote was generated with multiple options depending on what I wanted. The work that was eventually done was that same week and done in the time frame that was quoted.
