Alex did a great job! He knows his plumbing and is very professional. He replaced another cutoff value. He gave me options and explained everything thoroughly. I will continue to request him to come out if we have any plumbing issues.

Arrived at scheduled time. Very professional and thorough. Found some unknown issues and resolved. Had parts on hand. Explained findings, options, and possible future issues.

Perry was great, he was in constant contact with me. Kevin came in to explain the pricing of a new unit and that is the way we decided to go rather than repairing the existing unit.

Routine maintenance and Travis discovered the compressor cooling fan was not working. He called and advised after he went through a number of reasons and finally determined that it was the fan motor itself and not the fan control board. None the less he got it all working and kept us in the loop regarding his work. Nice job Travis

Plumbing pump and wiring were replaced and the service men did an excellent job!!! I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and efficiency!! Would want these two men back anytime to work on repairs!!

On 11/02/2022 Shane and Davey came to my residence to fix a HVAC/Heat Pump. They were very efficient and great in getting the job done as well as explaining everything to us in regards to the new system. Very polite and professional young men. Thank you Davis for the great customer service.

Jonathan came out to see why my thermostat kept kicking into aux heat mode and why my heating system was not heating. He was thorough, showed me the pictures of what was wrong and explained what needed to be done. He advised that he could fix it during that same visit. I did not get the services done today as I want to check with my home warranty first. Jonathan did not pressure me into getting it fixed immediately and that's always appreciated. He advised that the heat system wouldn't work until that part was fixed but he let me make the decision to delay fixing it without pressure! I will call them again if and when I need HVAC services.

Angel is a pleasant, personable young man who respected me and my home. He did a thorough job on both of my units.

Thank you to these fine Servicemen of Davis Heating & Air Conditioning. Derick Vicks. Cameron Price, Cameron Janney. and Jonathan Campbell. In a day they made quick work of my old furnace and installed a new one !! Everyone was in synch with the other as they worked together. From cleaning up the debris from the demolition, to bringing in all of the components, and the new furnace, to running to get needed parts, to the actual installation, and the clean up after. All were professional, respectful, and courteous. A few days later Derrick followed up with me to make sure everything was good. I am very satisfied with my experience with Davis. Even recommended them twice so far.!! Thanks again for the service!!
