From the start I was impressed with Dakota’s promptness. My quote wasn’t as cheap as others had been, but my house had never had any type HVAC system or ductwork at all. So a clean slate start here, and it wasn’t gonna be cheap. After 5 estimates, Dakota (Davis) came in third from least expensive. But the Daikin Fit came in first on warranty and most economical operating cost.
Cameron and his crew done an amazing job on installation. Super clean looking work, extremely respectful to me and our home. As far as I’m concerned I wouldn’t want anyone else working on my system.
If Davis’s service equals the quoting, and installation, I’ll be a customer for life. We’ll have to wait and see on that part, but I’ve been treated respectfully this far. There was an issue with my thermostat but was resolved quickly and my system is working perfectly even in the super cold days with single digit chill factors. Warm and cozy in my house. Thanks guys

Jonathan B. came to check our old oil furnace when it wouldn’t turn on via the thermostat. He was UNBELIEVABLY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! My dad died a year and half ago and never explained to me how the furnace worked, but Jonathan patiently answered every question and explained to me how it works and let me watch him check everything while explaining what he was doing. He also answered my questions about the fuel itself and also how the furnace is wired into our electric system. I LEARNED SO MUCH! Jonathan was entirely professional, patient with me, and good natured about my questions. He’s a great teacher and tech and a great asset to your business. Give that man a raise!

Alex came and replaced our hot water heater. He was knowledgeable, efficient and couldn’t possibly be any nicer. He was great!

Had an issue with my cooling system. Angel came out to look at it and did a great job! Professional, courteous, and fixed the problem in about an hour. I'm very happy to have had him working on it.

Had a refrigerant leak on mech unit. Tech found a coupling that had a very little Leak and fixed it. Ended up that wasn’t the main leak couple weeks later unit shut off again, they came back out and found leak in indoor coil unit. They did not charge anything for this trip, which was great and surprising! Not many companies would do this, they have earned repeat business from our family!

Josh was the technician who discovered the crack in our heat exchanger he proceeded to notify his superior and that evening Dakota came to visit us and spent over an hour to explain everything after he checked everything out. We immediately trusted his easy going personality and knowledge
He presented our options and we agreed on a new system four days later our new system was installed.
They were completed by 5 PM everything was explained to us our installation crew Davey and his associate were great explained everything
We are amazed at the heat our new furnace generates , the thermostat is so easy to use and we love all the features
We are grateful for Josh Dakota Dave and I am sorry but the other installation technician I cannot remember his name but they all represented Davis with professionalism and experience
