We came home to a floor full of water in our hot water heater closet. Water was pouring out of our filtration system, so we immediately turned off the water main. We just moved into our house in September and called the company on the magnet of the hot water heater, not knowing any service providers in the area. That company told us they could see us in mid-January! When I asked if they could send any after hour service, I was told there was no room to see me and others in the area also had issues they were dealing with. I did a quick Google search and called Davis. It was after hours and not only was their answering service amazing, kind, understanding, and attentive, I heard back from the on-call plumber, Alex, within 15 minutes. He was out in an hour and was professional, quick, thorough, and had us up and running in under an hour. 100% recommend!

Dakota did a wonderful job of explaining the options and costs to fix or replace our older AC unit. He took the time to answer our questions. His expertise helped us feel confident in our decision to replace the unit. Davis Heating and Air has always been friendly from the ladies in the office to the technicians who service our heating and air to Dakota’s expertise. So nice to deal with a company who respects and appreciates their customers.

We had a great experience with Davis HVAC. We called Friday morning with a cooling issue on our 18 year old unit. The service tech was out that same day as well as the sales team since we needed a new unit. They were able to replace the unit the next day ( Sat) over a holiday weekend. We were very impressed with the entire crew starting with the pleasant voice who answered the call Friday morning. Great company!

Angel came out to inspect my air conditioning unit which is slowly, but surely going away. He provided me with several options and was courteous and knowledgeable on everything that was going on with my system. I’d say he’s a pretty good employee. Not someone you want to lose to another company. The perfect young man to have show up at someone’s house. I would say job well done

The air conditioner stopped, called Davis Heating and Perry White responded in a timely manner. He found the problem and the blower
Motor in the furnace was gone. He located a new one and put it in before he left. My husband & I applaud the awesome job Mr. White did. We thank him from the depth of our hearts. We will recommend him to anybody.

Angel was very thorough with everything. He was very kind when breaking the news to me that we would have to replace our unit. Excellent customer service and care and very knowledgeable. Will be sticking with this company from here on out.

Earth Right had made my home energy efficient and installed a smart thermostat, they were unaware that because I have a Ruud system the Thermostat needed to be programed a certain way, how earth right had it, it was just turning the AC on. Perry the Davis tech knew just what to do, and got me back up and running in no time. I notified Earth right so Perry could tell them what to do for future installations of this sort. He was very professional and helpful.

The employees (Ben T and Malachi) that installed my new furnace were friendly, professional and respectful. They gave me all the information I needed about my new system along with information on other services Davis offers including maintenance programs.
