Grainger Industrial Supply

I'm not sure if the person I just spoke with for 15 minutes actually works at this location or is from some corporate calling station that tries to support all of the locations. But I promise I won't call this place again. I've been dealing with the store in church hill and the service there is 100% better. If someone thinks they are smarter than the customers they are trying to sell to, enough to where they think they can try and talk down to that customer then I have no use for such business

Order placed online, no email received but charge is pending. Absolutely no status available or record of my order from the 800 number "support" and the local store number goes straight to this unhelpful black hole.

We had a challenge! 20 LED troffler lights and it requires a higher wattage dimmer to carry the load so it won't flicker. They knew exactly what I was talking about, figured up the wattage . Got me the item,I ordered it,and I'll get it tomorrow!
Six electricians had no clue about the wattage we needed. It's new technology and Grainger knew it!
This is why I go to Grainger !

Beyond merely processing my order on time, this team goes above and beyond in customer care. My truck broke down in their parking lot and we thought it ran out of gas. They brought me gas and when that didn't work, they helped me troubleshoot while II awaited a tow truck. Plus, their COVID practices were the Best I've seen. A+ kudos to this entire team!

Price on the website was one thing. When I called and had a quote sent to me, the price was jacked up. I called Grainger back and they gave me some crazy story of why their website prices were not accurate. I ended up going somewhere else and paying about 20% less than Grainger website prices for the exact product. Integrity in sellers is key.

Did not have the part I needed in stock but helped me find 1 on line so I could order it else were. Very helpful even though they didn't stock it.

They have impossible to find hydraulic parts in the catalog and the best price on welding and small steel around. Great service too!
