Mike was very timely and professional in getting back to us from our original request. We then had Danny, Chad, and Justin come to complete the job with many unforeseen obstacles. They were knowledgable, personable, and worked extremely hard. I would recommend them for any HVAC problems/maintenance!

I wanted to take the time to personally thank Mike and all the folks at Sunday Morning Heating and Cooling for getting to the root of the problem with our brand new (less than a year old) unit that was installed last year by another company. I was immediately impressed with Mike when he came in person to assess the issue at hand. He gave a fair estimate and was able to start work the very next day. Mike informed us of how things would work the next two days and his crew had heat flowing in our home the following day. The guys that came to our home were knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. They were professional, and timely in the delivery of service. In addition, there were several things that were corrected by Mike and his crew that were done incorrectly from the original installation “because it was the right thing to do”. We are very pleased with the work that was done and we will definitely be using Sunday Morning Heating and Cooling again in the very near future as we have already discussed plans for a couple more projects.

I can’t say enough things about Mike and his crew from Sunday Morning.

He came over to quote my project and he was very knowledgeable, informative and easy to speak to. I researched many other HVAC companies and I selected him because of his professionalism, knowledge and my level of comfort with his company. I also asked for four other quotes from other companies. Two companies decided to not send a quote and did not even notify me that they were no quoting me. That’s not professional at all. I am happy that they did not do my work.

Mike sent over Jesse and TJ to reroute some duct lines. Like Mike they were very professional, they guided me through their process, informed me of everything that they were going to do and had great attention to detail.

I will definitely look through them in the future for any needs.

Mike and his team are great. I needed my ductwork replaced but wanted to reroute it through the attic and not the crawl space where it originally was. After getting a couple of quotes I called Sunday Morning and they came through with very fair price. I called Sunday Morning when my ancient water heater sprang a serious leak. Michael came by to assess the problem and provided a free estimate, no charge for the visit. He suggested replacing both the old water heater and equally old boiler with a modern combination unit. The price was very fair and he and his technicians came by a few days later as scheduled to bring the new combi unit and begin the work. They were all very knowledgeable, courteous and reliable. Because this was a complex new unit being integrated with an old system in my house, we needed more than one visit to ensure that everything was working. I admit that as someone who watches the People's Court and Judge Judy I was initially skeptical that the company would stand behind its work after receiving complete payment. I was totally off base with those fears. Michael and the technicians at Sunday Morning are committed to doing an excellent job and making sure that you are satisfied with their work. They have spent several hours since the original installation double checking and servicing the new system and were in fact proactive in reminding me that we needed to confirm that the heating system was working well prior to the onset of the cold weather. This is a company that not only does great work and cares about their work -- they also have a lot of integrity and can be trusted to provide good advice to help you keep to your budget. I highly recommend this company for air conditioning and heating work.

Installed 2air conditioners in my home. Gave a fair price and did a perfect job with installation mikes work crew are real professionals. Danny and Elijah had areal challenge with Avery difficult installation but had the experience and hard work ability to do an exceptional job. They are the best I have ever used in the past.

Sunday Morning is the best HVAC company in Hampton Roads (in my humble opinion). They installed my HAVC system in October 2020 and their price point was great and professional install is of highest quality. However, the reason why I'm writing this review is because a friend of mine had his HVAC system go out on Sunday 6/27/2021 and all the other "big" local companies quoted him above $12K and install time of two weeks out. Well I recommend he call Mike at Sunday Morning and he did. Long story short Mike and his crew came through for my friend in one day and installed a new HVAC unit on 6/28/2021. When I say Sunday Morning is the Best HVAC company in HR it is because of stories like this that makes them a cut above the competition. Thank you Sunday Morning for taking care of your customers.

Air Condition replacement.
I called Sunday Morning Heating and Cooling Monday morning to report our A/C outage (heat index over 95 degrees, 80 in the house and rising). Rachel immediately started working the issue with Mike (owner), found a unit and evaporator coils, and were able to come replace the unit after normal working hours into the late evening. This is unheard of in today's times!!! The Sunday Morning Team's customer service kindness and professionalism was by far the best I have experienced in a long time. Also, the price was very reasonable, better than the other companies estimates. I can't thank them enough in our time of need, I would recommend Sunday Morning Heating and Cooling to anyone that is in need of their service.

Ray came out to give a free estimate and after assessing the damage, made recommendations to have my system up and running. He made sure I understood everything in order to make the best decision. These guys went up and beyond to replace the duct work in my crawl space. They worked in a timely manner and the price was fair. I highly recommend them!
