Carl with Westlake Heating & Air was awesome! Arrived before scheduled time completed the semi-annual checkup & cleaning work and was very friendly. Of course our a/c went out on a super hot day, we called Westlake and they able to arrange a tech to come to our home within a few hours. Found and fixed problem right away. cost of repair was very fair . thank god we did not have to deal with that problem long. Love cool air!

Do not trust him or his company. He is a loser who does not pay his bills!!
Maybe his customers should stop paying him until he pays all the people he owes money!!!

The tech was extremely polite, efficient, and capable, and went above and beyond fixing my air conditioning. The company itself, though, is very frustrating and unprofessional to deal with, and scheduling with them is a nightmare.

These guys are the best! Came down in January, heat wouldnt work. John came out within the hour and had it fixed right away.Just came down in July, air conditioning wouldnt work. John came out and had air flowing in 30 minutes! Great service and reasonable rates! Highly recommend!! Mark Dorton

Bryant Heat Pump is junk after 5 yrs. Westlake will not work with me at all and wont honor the 10 yr. warranty they offered at purchase. Said it wasnt registered. Stay away.

West Lake does not pay their debts.

Choose a reputable company that actually pays the companies they recruit to work for them. I am NOT related nor do I know the other poster who said the same thing... so apparently West Lake just doesn't pay anyone they owe?

I recieved great work at a great price. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will use this company again and recommend them to others based on my expeeience.

They billed me for services I did not receive. When I called she said if I leave a review or file a BBB complaint she would continue to charge me for services I did not receive.

This company is a scam and did not even diagnose my issue correctly.

Highway robbery - $279 to replace a $15 capacitor that died again 3 years later. Cundiff fixed 2 capacitors for <$170 and I bet they last longer this time.
