    Christian came out to my home on Memorial Day to fix my Air Conditioner because it was not working. I thought for sure it would be a couple of days that I would have to wait for someone to come and fix my problem. Christian was here after only an hour wait and diagnosed the problem in no time. My Air conditioner is fixed and I am so grateful for his kindness, his patience with the kids and his knowledge! Highly recommend Bowers Heating and Air in Moneta!! So Blessed and so Thankful!

    I wanted to upgrade my thermostats to programmable so I called Carter Heating and Cooling. They came and installed thermostats that did not work (about 3 hours), they came back and could not get the zoned system to work so they disconnected the lower level Zone and made my home one zone (another 2-3 hours) and then they told me I needed to spend $5,000 to install a second heat pump.

    I wanted a second opinion so I called Bower and they came and had to rewire the entire system connections and correct what the Carter serviceman did. They identified the problem and fixed the system. Took them 3 hours.

    If you want people that know what they are doing, CALL BOWER Heating & Air Conditioning.

    Since purchasing our houses in Monette last year we have had a few problems with our Heating and cooling system. Both times we call Bower to come out and address the issues. Initially, we have a problem with our fan not shutting off on the 1st floor, through a series of diagnostic test our technician, Kevin, was able to identify the source of the problem. This was corrected and the system worked perfectly throughout this winter. unfortunately, this spring we encountered a similar problem. Once again, Kevin came out and took the time to do a complete and thorough diagnostic check of the unit and identify the area of concern. It required a new circuit board, which was ordered promptly and replace within a day.
    We have been extremely happy with the service we have received, and we are especially happy with our service technician, Kevin. He is extremely thoughtful in his process of diagnostics and he does a wonderful job explaining to a layperson the issues or concerns he has what repairs he is undertaken. He is truly an asset to the company.

    While pruning some tree limbs above my outdoor unit I dropped the tool and it hit and punctured the coil on the outside unit. I contacted Bower for the repair to braze the small hole and recharge with refrigerant. They would not give a price to make the repair saying the repairman had to diagnose or inspect. There would be a service call. I scheduled the service call. The technician arrived and within several minutes told me it would be easier to replace the unit. He quoted the price for the new unit. I asked what the repair would be and he quoted a price which i feltt was double what it should be. Nevertheless. I expressed my dissatisfaction and reluctently paid the $79 for the service call. Which really was a sales call in my opinion. I contacted another HVAC company. Thier technician arrived the next day made the repairs for almost 1/2 the price Bowers quoted withoit trying to sell me a new unit. Beware of this upsale tactic Bowers uses. If i was not familiar with basic HVAC. I may have taken a huge hit. I paid $79 for someone trying to sell me a new unit. I recommend you avoid this company.
