Having called Carter’s on Monday; Jamie arrived Tuesday morning. He diagnosed and explained each step of the process while repairing the AC problem. He was able to get the AC unit running smoothly and will return in 2 weeks to check that the system does not have a leak. He was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them!

I had "no" AC on 93 degree day. Another company I had used could not come out for a week. First time ever contacting Carter (they had good reviews) called, worked me in the very next day. Great service; more than fair pricing; field service technician was great . I'm 66 years old have had many houses, best service ever. I will without question use Carter going forward.

Very knowledgeable person they sent. Did some minor cleaning on the inside unit. Explained what kind of system we have why it does what it does. It was the explaining of our system we were impressed with. Overall a pleasant experience with this company. We have any real problems with our furnace they will get the call.

Greg and team came through when we lost an AC unit on The Virginia Dare. Greg was awesome and got us back up and blowing cold air immediately! I highly recommend you use them and we certainly will with any future needs.
