I've used ETA twice. Both were urgent situations. Doug arrived promptly (one on a Sunday night), and completed the work needed promptly. The epitome of a professional. If you have an HVAC concern, I would suggest you call him.

Performed very thorough evaluation of two HVAC split system units. Documented and photographed existing condition. Tech was very knowledgeable and provided a comprehensive explanation.

The technician seemed to really know what he was doing. Adjusted some jumpers that were not set correctly at installation. Others never caught this. They arrived early and all documents sweet electronic.
