My husband and I are new home owners and so when our AC stopped working we had no idea what wasn't working or what to do about it. We called Aire Serv on a friday evening after hours but recieved a call back so quickly from the on call tech, Jason. Jason is wonderful! He took the time to explain everything so we would understand. He and everyone else was very helpful when I called a few times to ask questions and more then happy to come out again.
Technicians are pleasant and neat. They clean up and are polite.I've been using Aire Serv since either 1999 or 2000. And when I sold my t/h in 2009 I had no need as I had to move into an apartment.Then when I bought my new t/h in 2013 I called them up again and have been using them since.I'd recommend Aire Serv to anyone!
When I called with what I feared was a failed HVAC fan motor two days before Memorial Day weekend (think hot and getting hotter), Air Serv was able to schedule a repairman for the following day (the Friday before Memorial Day) without labeling it an emergency call. The repairman showed up exactly on time (after calling ahead to let us know he was on his way), confirmed the diagnosis that the fan motor had failed, determined that the fan motor was still under warranty, called suppliers to locate a replacement motor, picked up the motor, installed the motor, and thoroughly cleaned the air circulator before replacing it. The repairman was very knowledgeable, courteous, informative, professional, and efficient (yes, he was all those!). I have used Air Serv for a number of years precisely because of all the preceding reasons and, as part of this visit, I renewed my annual service contract with Air Serv (again, for these precise reasons). In summary, excellent service by an excellent company.
Jason, (tech) and Michelle, (receptionist??), are excellent representatives of the company. Michelle is friendly, receptive and knows exactly what kind of work I ask for. Jason is on-time, explains all the work I need so that I can understand it and is extremely efficient and knows "his stuff", Your prices are more than fair. I cannot see myself turning to another HVAC company for any reason.
Had an HVAC Tech come out (aaron) because our AC wasn't working properly. After diagnostics were done, my options were to spend $2100 to test for a leak, system evac and add coolant or 7k for a new unit. My readings were 45/300 psi. Had another company come out and at the end of the day my condenser just needed to be cleaned, then the high side dropped to 150psi and coolant was added. Now it works amazing. Now its 60/250 and cold for $140. Sry guys bad diagnostics.
Joe Devito runs a great company and our usual technician, Jason Selner, is absolutely fantastic! We have been a contract maintenance customer for more than a decade and have never had a negative experience...they are competent, professional and reliable. They even installed a new HVAC system to replace our home's original system and did an outstanding job in installing new ductwork as part of our basement remodeling. You can put your trust the Aire Serve team!!
