Oakes Heating & AC, who installed HVAC unit in the Eastwood Homes did a very poor job, according to many HVAC Technicians. The home is built in 2015 and I have multiple issues with the HVAC unit due to poor installation. We spent more than $2500.00 for repair costs on a 2015 built home. When I call them, they hardly answer to the calls. Mostly the call goes on voice mail and whenever I leave the voice mail, they never returns the call.

Oaks Heating and Air Conditioning was hired as a subcontractor for HH Hunt who built my home. In speaking with another HVAC company; the company whoever installed my HVAC system did not install the required condensate overflow shut-off switch on my attic AC/Furnace. It appears that they cut corners along with the county inspectors.

I would not allow this company to touch my doghouse. Use at your own peril and future inherent risks.

On down-flow units and all other coils that have no secondary drain or provisions to install a secondary or auxiliary drain pan, a water-level monitoring device shall be installed inside the primary drain pan. This device shall shut off the equipment served in the event that the primary drain becomes restricted. Devices shall not be installed in the drain line.

They replaced my HVAC after a tree took my original one out. I have had them come by twice afterwards because it continues to make a loud noise. This summer is the 2nd summer, and it is still making the same noise. I cannot get them back over here.

Very poor scheduling. Poor commitment to service when needed. They didn't respond to AC repair service call, until after 2 months in dry smear heat.

We order to build a home true HHHUNT and this business and after three years we find out that ours second unit furnace in the attic was installed without outdoor air Conetion
We contacted the twice never got back to us I won’t recommend it

This is the 3rd week I've been calling them leaving voicemails and NOTHING. I bought a new townhome and am having issues with my HVAC but I can't get any kind of assistance!
