Our AC went out in our guest house so we received quotes from a few companies. 1st Due was in our budget, could squeeze us in with our short timeline, and my husband really liked them. I’m so happy we chose them! Or new air conditioner/heat pump/and thermostat are so nice. They were courteous throughout the installation. We definitely recommend them!

These guys are always very professional, prompt and informative. When ever we have AC issues they come out tell us the problem and fix it efficiently. I know that I'm getting good quality work done for a great price. I would recommend them to all the people I love.

My upstairs AC decided to stop cooling and Ray was able to get me scheduled for the next day. He explained everything, found a way to get me up and running then made a plan to come back in the fall to find the leak I have. He is professional and polite. This will continue to be my new HVAC company.

These guys were awesome! They were professional, polite, respectful, excellent communicators while setting this job up and arrival times, overall great! Scheduled time 330 they were 15 minutes early very impressive. I was greeted with smiling faces clean uniforms. A firm handshake with a ready to work attitude. Walked me through the process about my unit explained everything to me which was fantastic. Fixed my issue with the thermostat and ac unit was running hot and matter of mins they were after doing what they do best my home was 20 degrees different. Thank you so much for your service. Ray was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough on his services provided at my house! I inquired in the morning about an appointment to check on an outdoor unit and he was there that same afternoon…and that’s after a 24-hr. shift at his fire station!! 1st Due Solutions was used because they are a Certified Trane installer. It is a very professional company. They installed a 3 ton and 2.5 ton unit. Units are installed neatly and so far I am happy with the wireless thermostat, and quietness of the system.
